I wish I could give a negative 5 stars. Absolutely the worst company my family and I worked with. Not only did they never give us a solution but we wasted 6 months . Mind you my auntie started and finished her mortgage process with a different company in less than 2 months. Also, there is no communication and no empathy. They act like we are a nuisance and it was a truly disappointing experience. The guy that we were working with ended up leaving the company so Jonathan came on to assist us but again there was a lack of communication and when I told him of this there was no apology or anything. How can you claim to be a manager if you can't even have basic customer service skills. Don't waste your time with this company. I'm giving one start because I can't leave that blank and post my review! I do not how this mortgage company is training their staff, but is horrible service. We recently where dealing with what I believe it was a loan officer who lack of knowledge of what she was doing. Not only she clueless of the process, but she never called us back to tell us that they cannot help us! I had to just assume this!! I do understand being able to refinance is on an approval basis of the situation an individual is in to be accepted, but we literally got played. They asked us for all our info ran our credits and then the process just stopped! The explanation was vague because there wasn't any details as to what was happening and then no calls no email to let us know what happened! I was very clear with this lady of our current situation of our mortgage so I assume if she kept going and asked for out info and ran our credit is because she was able to help us.. but nothing just made us look so stupid! We are all going through hard times and we all are trying to move on, and for this company to just had played with peoples hopes and financial hardships is beyond cruel! read more

well we finally found a company who said they could refi our v.a. loan on our mobile home. chris haubner said he can get this and get most of what we wanted for this. our home passed a v.a. loan in 2008 and we have improved it dramatically. 140 m.p.h. roof more anchors, hurricane windows and a complete rebuild from flood damage we had. everything inside the home and security is at most 5 years old. even had the wiring and breaker box updated and increased as far as amp capacity. new doors carpet, laminate floors ect. our credit scores are nearing excellent and our income is more than enough. just wanted to consolidate loans. well chris dropped the ball, couldn't get it approved and never got back in touch with us. just stopped any communication at all. anyone dealing with these people need to check twice. sure they may get you a loan, but if there is any resistance whatsoever from their company, they will drop you and never tell you. sure there are companies that won't do mobile homes even here in florida, but they are up front with that. this guy just acted like we never had contact. i hate liars. these people lie. read more
