I am a first-time home buyer who found my dream home in Canyon Country in February 12, 2018 , and exactly a month later, I officially became the owner of the property. Initially, I got referred to the QUALIFIED HOME LOANS, specially my agent. LUZ VEGA, always got back to me within minutes and answered to all my questions in a professional manner. They were excellent in providing me the best mortgage option and explained the timeline of the whole process in detail, which greatly helped me to get prepared for the next steps. I am very impressed and amazed by their unbeatable work of my agent Luz Vega, accuracy of all paper works, and their friendly responses to every single question that I had. It has been my great pleasure worked with the agent LUZ VEGA and the best team members, and I am so glad that my first-time home buying experience was so smooth and pleasant read more

We used qualified Home Loans for a very complex refinance. Ed helped us get this done. I tried to shop this to make sure that we were getting the best deal possible. I couldn't even find anybody that came close to what they offered us . I highly recommend this company and working with Ed Personius in particular. We will definitely use him again, considering we do real estate investing. Very happy clients!!! read more

I worked with Mike Pacheco in purchasing my very first property--, a sweet little cabin in San Bernardino Mts.. I am small potatoes, but Mike treated me as if I was making a million-dollar deal. He patiently walked me through every step - from the pre-approval - to the closing. He was forthright about the possible closing fees and expenses that come up --giving me a realistic idea so I would not be surprised at the end of the process. I appreciated that! He responded to texts/calls or emails same day - He regularly kept me apprised on the loan progress, the appraisal, and anything else that I needed to know or do Honestly I can't say enough about his professionalism and high quality of efficiency that made this process seem so easy. And all the above was done with a thoughtful, caring manner. I don't surrender my trust easily -- but....when you work with Mike, you'll see what I mean read more

LUZ VEGA with Qualified Home Loans is just the best. Luz took an impossible mess of an escrow and not only straightened everything out, but also got me the best rate and costs. I'm so impressed with Luz's tenacity and professionalism, but her knowledge of the mortgage business is stellar. I will buy another house and when I do I will call Luz. I could not ask for a better agent. read more

"I have worked with Mike Pacheco on a number of occasions (5 times) and he is a true professional. I am a real estate investor with a 1099 tax return. If anyone can relate you know what I am talking about. He takes the time to ensure that his clients understand the entire process of closing on a mortgage and is always willing to explain things until the client is comfortable. Patient, kind and understanding - Mike is exactly the type of person you want working on your behalf. I would never work with anyone else!" I highly recommend Mike Pacheco. read more

I purchased a vacation home at the end of July 2020. Mike Pacheco helped me with getting the home loan. I wrote a review in August and gave Mike and his team deservedly a 5-star rating. In October, I needed to refinance my primary residence. Naturally, I turned to a trusted source, Mike Pacheco. He did not disappoint! He told me what he could do - rate/cost. I did my homework and again found what he offered was the most competitive. When the dust settled and the loan funded, Mike got me exactly what he had promised. He delivered again. It is so refreshing to do business with someone who has character and integrity ... someone who will get the job done and has your interest at heart. Life's a lot easier when you're surrounded by competent and trustworthy people. Mike is my guy for home loans and refinances. I'm telling all my families and friends. read more

I want to thank Dennis West for his kind and generous help all through my Home Purchase Process. It was very difficult for him to get me a good loan with all of my Credit Card Debt but he got me 2.87%! I was so thrilled. And he worked with me on getting all my documents to him on time; I was having trouble with the Portals and sending my documents and he made it so easy for me just accepting photos from my I-Phone. He really understood the stress I was under to Buy this House because I had to sell mine first that I was living in. And I was having so many problems with the Buyer I was under severe emotional stress and Dennis was so calming and helpful and walked me through every step. I recommend Qualified Home Loans (QHL) for anyone because they will take the time to help you. Other Mortgage Brokers wouldn't deal with me because I couldn't understand their Software and were impatient and just moved on to other customers but QHL really took the time to explain everything about my Home Purchase Process. Thank you Dennis! read more

Simply put, this particular team at Qualified Home Loans saved my financial/residential life .. Most home loan applications run into all sorts of problems; that seems to be an industry given. ... BUT ... Due to various complicated reasons: two legal homes on my lot, newly improved credit ratings, doubly self employed via being a landlord and a professional musician, and an overdue interest only private mortgage; my refi, from the very start, was destined to be a tour thru the most torturous chambers of hell .. Armed with a decent FICO score, banked back-up savings, etc, i was beaten to an emotional pulp by 3 mortgage brokers/companies ... the last one lead me on a positive run for two weeks then the 'new program' was abruptly cancelled .. PHEW!! .. Once more my fingers did the screen search walking and appeared Qualified Home Loans ... At 6PM Darren Brown answered, i was in their office the next day; as we discussed my particulars; Mike Pacheco entered the fray .. Then Darren & Mike went at it, crunching numbers for about 20 minutes ... they turned to me with an assured "CAN DO" but i would have to do lots of footwork since they knew the shape of things to come ... for next next four months i dealt with the exacting tasks they assigned, it was a full-time job ... refi APPROVED !!! ... next phase, CLOSING; enter the Closing Wizard Charles Parnusis whose exacting talents ought to evolve into a new gland which spews a substance that melts away CLOSING CONDITIONS; by utilizing all those assigned tasks i previously completed and injecting many of Charles' own formulae: COMPLETION !!! ... Indeed, during the process, there were some scary/questionable moments: Darren stayed tight with me all the way and was way calm as his school of experience came into play coaching me away from any negative scenarios ... The clerical support, Luz and Selket, was always ready to assist, be it a scan, a search, Notary, etc. any docs to lighten my burdens without making me feel like i was a burden .... During the past 11 years, as I was tied into that private mortgage, there was a constant high degree of stress and uncertainty; I am so happy now that whatever tumors started to grow, have now disappeared from elation !! ...
