I just called to see if they can empty the bin this week since they will be driving by my house tomorrow. I was told that they would not empty the bin tomorrow because I did not call soon enough! No explanation was given on why the timing of my call effects their level of service. The BIGGEST surprise was how little Mr Trashman cared about me, the problem or my business with them. It may be time to look for a new trash pick up service which is unfortunate and totally avoidable.
