Yuri was really sweet as soon as I walked in the door even when I was super apologetic for being 5 minutes late from LA traffic. I quickly filled out a form and Yuri asked me if I would prefer a more natural or more dramatic lift. I went with a more dramatic lift. As soon as she started working on my eyelashes I could tell she was really taking her time and giving her attention to each individual lash to make sure they were treated and lifted. I was so comfortable the whole time and she was incredibly gentle. She took her time and my eyes never felt uncomfortable or hurt during the process. An hour later I came out with lifted lashes that looked great and each lash really was really lifted, even the super hard ones to reach in the corners of my eyes! Yuri quickly explained the after care before I left so I knew I was in good hands. I had such a relaxing time and will definitely be back when it is time to get my lashes lifted again! Thank you Yuri and Saika for an amazing experience and for being so sweet.

I tend to have allergies and get irritated when there is too much glue, but this never happens now that I go to Saika beauty. The response for appointments is extremely timely, they accommodate to any and all of my needs, and everyone there is extremely friendly.

Lisette saved my life!!…read more I had been struggling with my eyebrows ever since they were over plucked in 2020. I tried growing them out in 2025, but after that, I just couldn't figure out how to shape them AT ALL! So I had the bushiest catapillars. I was worried about over plucking (it took a year to grow them back!) and found a solution where they let me do a tinting and mapping so I could just shave them when I got home. And after I shaved them, I was very impressed! I feel like they are back to how I like them, but couldn't figure out how to get to on my own for years. It's like a constant fusteration and anxiety has totally evaporated. I also found the service very relaxing, it made me feel like I was going to fall asleep lol. Definitely book here if you've been having long term struggles like me, or you just want someone to take the load off of filling in your eyebrows every day! I'm going to try to return--$35/$50 (for a tint/tint and map) every six weeks to not have to worry about if my eyebrows are uneven or if I shaped them right is so worth it!

It's been at least 25 years since I had lash extensions, so I figured that there've been some…read moresignificant improvements since then. I did an AI search and Lashes by Shigeru came up and I saw they offered the Japanese hybrid "airlashes" which sounded appealing. The lashes back in the day always felt heavy. I made the appointment by text and got a prompt response. They requested some pictures of the look I wanted. Parking is available underground with a code, as well as on the street. The space is clean and bright. I had a brief consultation with Shigeru, so he could get a better idea of what I wanted. I appreciated the additional clarifying questions. The application process was relaxing, with soothing music playing in the background. I caught myself almost snoring, it was so relaxing, lol. Shigeru was meticulous, as I could tell by how he would adjust my lashes. The finished look was just what I wanted - make my eyes look bigger, like I was wearing mascara, but not full glam and overdone. And the best was that I couldn't even feel the lashes - they were so light. Highly recommend Shigeru and the hybrid lashes!

Found this wonderful place randomly on a whim and was definitely delighted!…read more I got to meet the owner "P" who is a wonderful mother who after 17 years took the leap in opening up her own place. She was so warm and friendly, that she made me feel so comfortable I truly didn't feel any discomfort during my threading session. The salon is very clean and P maintains it well, including during her session. She has amazing new store specials such as $7 for eyebrow threading! I know run, don't walk!! Parking can be fickle if you're trying to get a meter, but around the corner on Broxton is the 2 hour free public parking lot which made it for a quick and easy walk over. They take Apple Pay which made checking out super quick. Definitely coming back and have already shared this new business and experience with all my friends.

I used to go to Ariela but she's on maternity leave so now I see Shandell who is also great! She is so sweet and friendly and listens to exactly what I want. She takes notes on everything so I don't have to explain what I like/want every two weeks. I explained to her that I get bad anxiety when getting my lashes done which is a new thing for me, but she was soo understanding and so sweet about it, she has seriously made my anxiety and claustrophobic feelings go away now that I've been consistently going to her! We talk the whole time and I seriously can't say enough good things about her. But if you're reading this, please don't take all of her appointments away from me lol. Parking can be a pain but there are 6 spots in the back alley if you're lucky enough to get one. Otherwise it's metered parking (only 1 hour which is risky) and residential parking. They also have gated entrances in the front and back and you always have to call in to get it opened so be mindful of these things and get there a little early!

I am APPALLED by the unprofessional behavior of this place. Cory, the technician, very rudely asked…read moreme if I'm wearing mascara. I had attended this appointment straight from work, and was indeed wearing mascara. She said she did not have anything to remove the mascara, and that I could still have my lashes done with mascara on, but she couldn't guarantee that they wouldn't all fall off. She suggested that I get them done with mascara on and come back in a week to get them retouched, which is absolutely insane. I have gotten my lashes done DOZENS of times, and have never been to a studio that didn't carry eyelash remover. Each technician I've been to before has cleaned my lashes for me before putting on a new set, no matter whether I was wearing mascara or not. The technician at this studio was extremely rude and unprofessional, and it's pretty asinine to not carry remover at a lash studio. I'd never come back and would not recommend at all!
