She left them straight with no arch. I asked her for an arch and she went back in and botched them. She kept removing hair to get things even and kept leaving them even more crooked. I went in with thick brows and she left me with botched THIN brows. I started to cry because I have an important event coming up and was just so disappointed. Never had I had this happen to me! Thankfully Nina arrived and fixed my brows. She was very empathetic and told me to not worry that she was going to make them look good. She said to come back in a month and she would do them again and right. She left my brows looking great. I've also gone to the owner who seems to really know what she's doing. If I had rated this place based on those two women I probably would have given it five stars. However I have now gone twice on a Sunday. To the same girl which is honestly my mistake. The first time she threaded my eyebrows so thin there was barely anything left and then tried to cover them up with tint and it looked really awful, I cried when I got home. I spent the entire summer growing them out and went back given one bad moment shouldn't erase years of going there. I explained to her what happened last time so she went the very opposite direction. My eyebrows look like thick straight caterpillars straight across. They actually looked fine after she threaded because I was honestly very nitpicky this time given our last experience. The tint is insane. She could tell I wasn't happy and she told me that I could always just try another place. Noted. I even got really nervous for the kid next to me who came in and he had obviously never done it before and he said I have a picture to show you what I want and she responded why would I need a picture. The salon also gave me a discount based on my previous experience, which I really appreciated. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of this time and even followed up with me throughout the appointment.
