All of the workers wore face masks and seemed like they kept their space COVID safe. The appointment started off with me sharing about skin care concerns or things I wanted to focus on that day. I felt like she took into consideration my concerns for rough patches and blemishes. After the appointment was over, I felt super relaxed and happy with how my skin immediately felt. Once I filled out my form and handed back the ipad, I waited a total of 5 min before I was greeted by another staff member who took me take photos of my face before putting in a glass surround corner exam room, mind you on the 9th floor on Wilshire in Brentwood right before Santa Monica. The views were excellent the room was well decorated, organized, with breathtaking views and nothing like a hospital exam room. I was then introduced to Nikki H. my injector, who seemed very courteous and welcoming. She asked me specific questions regarding what were goals with tox and then asked if i'd make certain expressions with my face so she can make her analysis. Immediately after she had the NP Lovely come in and review the treatment we agreed on. Once she came, set up her kit, then proceeded to stick me while I was talking to the NP. Funny thing I didn't feel a thing and it was seemless. Once treatment was completed Nikki walked me to the reception to schedule a follow-up and was incredibly kind. This isn't my first rodeo so to have an injector handle the procedure so delicately for me not to notice while I was in mid discussion, was excellent. I was referred to Daphne by my best friend, who has been coming to see her for years!! I was nervous because I'd had a bad experience with lashes in the past. Daphne was the ultimate professional and made me feel very comfortable from the first minute! She provided me with a natural, yet full lash line, and also walked me through the steps to care for them so they would last long. She gave me the measurements for my lashes, because I'm not from LA, and now I can find a refill artist in my own area! Regardless your products are poor and cheap. My review is honest and I don't think anyone should throw their money away. 170 is a lot for a service that didn't even last a week. Do better get quality glue or lashes idk but def not ever coming here again nor do I recommend this business To your second response: I never noted that I rub or pull my lashes I do not know what you are talking about. My old tech that is 30 miles from me would apply each lash one by one and they lasted for 3 weeks and made a HuGE difference on how my eyes looked. I made the appointment by text and got a prompt response. They requested some pictures of the look I wanted. Parking is available underground with a code, as well as on the street. The space is clean and bright. I had a brief consultation with Shigeru, so he could get a better idea of what I wanted. I appreciated the additional clarifying questions. The application process was relaxing, with soothing music playing in the background. I caught myself almost snoring, it was so relaxing, lol. Shigeru was meticulous, as I could tell by how he would adjust my lashes. The finished look was just what I wanted - make my eyes look bigger, like I was wearing mascara, but not full glam and overdone. And the best was that I couldn't even feel the lashes - they were so light. Highly recommend Shigeru and the hybrid lashes!

I tried growing them out in 2025, but after that, I just couldn't figure out how to shape them AT ALL! So I had the bushiest catapillars. I was worried about over plucking (it took a year to grow them back!) and found a solution where they let me do a tinting and mapping so I could just shave them when I got home. And after I shaved them, I was very impressed! I feel like they are back to how I like them, but couldn't figure out how to get to on my own for years. It's like a constant fusteration and anxiety has totally evaporated. I also found the service very relaxing, it made me feel like I was going to fall asleep lol. Definitely book here if you've been having long term struggles like me, or you just want someone to take the load off of filling in your eyebrows every day! I'm going to try to return--$35/$50 (for a tint/tint and map) every six weeks to not have to worry about if my eyebrows are uneven or if I shaped them right is so worth it!
