Great service. Amazing food. Was just there Sunday. Sad to see them close after so many years!!!

The Grand Sampler was very disappointing! Everything tasted the same, from lasagna, to spaghetti and tiny meatball, to chicken Alfredo with the most watery Alfredo sauce I've ever had, ending with the ravioli of all I could taste was pasta: no cheese filling was discernable. The picture of the Baked Italian Meatballs showed large looking meatballs covered with plenty of melted cheese. The meatballs in actuality were these small little things roughly half the size of what was pictured, with hardly any cheese. You can see this as i included the plastic fork in the picture i took. The only saving grace were the breadsticks. I can't understand how a place that makes such delicious breadsticks could put out such a lackluster and bland tasting Italian food. Won't ever order from them again. read more

Is this place a fine dining experience? Heck no. Is it one of my absolute guilty pleasures? YES! I don't know how to explain it, but Fazoli's is an amazing fast casual Italian joint and every time I see one, I have to stop. I have been very disappointed the last three times I have been there. This time, it took 12 minutes to get my small spaghetti with meat sauce with two extra breadsticks. I waited at the microphone, the person who answers was not "nice". I did not get a hello, a smile, a thank you, nothing... I gave my credit card, got it back and got my food given to me without one word being said. The breadsticks are old and cold. The worst is just the length of time having to wait for the order. I would understand if it was busy, but there were a total of four cars I saw the entire time I was there and saw people in the building just standing around. I know times are hard, and if it was just this one time... ok. But I will not go there again. read more

My favorite place to eat I don't care. Their breadsticks are out of this world amazing and unlimited and I get the fettuccine every time I go and it never disappoints I've been eating at fazolis since I was like 4 years old I'm obsessed with their food. read more

My husband and I ordered Wow Bao by Fazzolis for delivery. The food wasn't even prepared in time and when it got to our house, we threw it away after the first bite. The rice was dry and hard and cold, the chicken tasted like what I'd imagine dog food tastes like. The buns were terrible as well. I'm sure if we'd eaten it, we would have gotten sick. It had a terrible smell and was an absolute long wait for literal trash. Buyer beware, fazzoli rebranding as Bao is the worst choice you could make. Terrible. I'd give negative stars if possible. read more

The food tastes fantastic. They always make sure we have enough bread sticks to go with our pasta, and pizza.

Rude service, cold pasta past it's serve time, Luke warm sauce, probably from a hot table not being up to temp it having enough water in the base, garlic bread undercooked. Used to work here as management before it changed hands and this is the worst I've ever had from here. The workers were very kind to us in regards to our long wait, however the wait when we were the only ones in line at the drive thru was over 25 minutes, half of our food was cold, and the Alfredo we asked for to go with the breadsticks for our entire party was never given to us. Heaven on earth. Whoever decided to create a drive thru italian place deserves a medal. I'm so lucky to have learned that such a place exists. I tried the Sampler (spaghetti + alfredo + lasagna) and added meatballs because of course. It came with two breadsticks that were seasoned for a total of under $10. The food was wrapped and ready as soon as I rolled up to the window, 100x faster than the McDonalds on Michigan. There was so much food that I split it into two meals, and everything hit the spot and cured my craving of comfort food. So happy, I'll probably be back sooner than I'd like to admit. read more

Also known as the poor man's Olive Garden, Fazoli's Italian Restaruant is actually pretty good. The times I've gone have been those moments where I'm craving Italian food and a) don't want to shell out the $$$ for Olive Garden and b) when Chef Boyardee probably won't suffice. On the menu some of the tasty meals are cheese ravioli with meat sauce and the sampler. Free breadsticks when you dine is always nice too. The only semi-negative thing I can think of is that most of their meals, even though there is variety, taste the same. Nevertheless, Fazoli's has always been a reliable Plan B Italian restaurant for me. Check it out next time you're in the area or have less than $7.00 to spend on an Italian meal. read more

If this is "the poor man's Olive Garden", then call me poor. We came here the other day after having some of their breadsticks the night before. My mother-in-law brought those home as a side for our dinner. These are so good. They are like Olive Garden's except way better. They actually have a garlic flavoring to them. I was standing in front of the menu trying to decide what to order and the lady said that the breadsticks were never ending. What?! Really? I was considering just ordering breadsticks before she said that. I decided to just go with the spaghetti and meat sauce. Typical spaghetti, nothing great, but definitely not bad. Husband had the pizza which he seemed to thoroughly enjoy. We will come back for some cheaper, fast Italian food and those awesome breadsticks. read more

Yeah, I am a fan of the breadsticks fa sho. I don't mean this in a bad way but the ravioli to me is just as good as the frozen stuff you can buy at the grocery store. Definitely edible, even good but not something you crave. We came here on a Tuesday night - shortly before Easter and they had an Easter Bunny & crafts for the kids. They gave free pics to each kid with the Bunny which was very cool. Tuesday nights you can get 2 kids meals for 99 cents with each entree - which is great if you have kids or for those without like me it made a decent $1 lunch for the next day! They come around a lot asking if you want more breadsticks and they thankfully aren't stingy. :) read more

Everytime i come to Grand Rapids to visit Meijer, Fazolis is a place to visit for lunch or dinner. Excellent italian food and price is fantastic. read more

We've been to this Fazoli's many times and never had a problem. However, today I found a long black hair in my penne pasta. When I pointed it out to the staff they offered to remake it, but I'd pretty much lost my appetite. They also brought a lot of extra breadsticks out, which was nice, but you can easily prevent this type of thing and it's disappointing. read more

Good for what it is. I would give it a 3.5. Food is very salty and greasy but you get a lot of it for the price. Those with smaller appetites could probably split a meal beween two. Their pizza is like a really good gas station/buffet pizza- minimal on toppings but a great add-on. It has a garlic oil brushed on the crust. I don't know of another place around to get drive-thru pizza. They also have sandwiches and salads. Meals seem to average around $10 and come with two breadsticks, pizza or salad and a drink. I've eaten in and it's a little less fancy than a pizza hut. A good place for families. read more

The dinner me and my husband ate was about as good as a good frozen dinner. We had a meatball sandwich along with the sampler and chicken parm. It was ok. Again it was about as good as a frozen dinner. I wanted to try it because it looks like a nice place but I will not go there again. read more

Visited the location with my athletic team. We called ahead to notify them of our arrival, but they ignored it. When we arrived, they seemed annoyed that we brought 40 paying customers to their establishment. They began to get rude with us as they delivered entrees and refused to provide us with the free breadsticks available with EVERY entree. A group that order after us got their food long before most of group did. The servers seemed more than happy to provide them with multiple bundles of breadsticks. This isn't the only time this has happened to us at this restaurant chain either. A very similar experience happens just one week ago. Hopefully they will start to treat their customers with respect going forward. read more

I hesitate to write this review as we have eaten here often with good service. However, on the evening of Tuesday, 5/30 we had a very poor experience. The restaurant appeared to be shorthanded although nothing was said. We placed our order of 2 baked spaghetti combo meals with Makala. We were told that our salads would be brought to the table in a few minutes, which was unusual as they normally give them to us right away. I had to ask for our drink cups. We sat down and waited 15 minutes. When I went back to the counter to ask for our salads I was told that they had to be made by hand and that she would do that after taking the next order. More than 5 minutes later our salads, entrees and bread sticks were brought to the table. No apology or explanation was given. Will have to think on it a bit before I return to this restaurant. read more

On March 2nd the manager dolf I believe his name is spelt was so incredibly helpful. Jimmie Johns messed up huge on our catering order and were so rude about fixing it so we went to Fazoli's and Dolf was so amazing to help our event get food as soon as possible and helped me carry everything out to my car. He went over the top and I recommend this place to anyone :) read more

The food was inexpensive but the floors were dirty, strewn with food and paper. I would not want to see what goes on in the kitchen.

As my daughter, and some on here, have said: For the price, the food and service are fantastic . We were there last night and the four of us dined for well under $40. The food was hot and tasty, the manager came to our table with more bread sticks, and another staff member cleared our dishes, . I can't think of what more we could have asked for!
