So once we figured it out on DoorDash our food had been ready for AN HOUR!!!! A WHOLE HOUR! So we decide to call Taco Bell and they do not answer their phones and we called about ten times just to see if our food could be remade. They never answered the food arrived stale and cold AND to top it off they forgot half of our order. DoorDash was decent with service but Taco Bell didn't even answer and I'm unsure how they can get away with this without repercussions. Wish I had checked before going here!! Worst Taco Bell in GR! The drive-thru operator could not speak clearly (even face to face) and got a simple order wrong. How hard is it to make two hard-shell taco supremes? Evidently it is very taxing as all I got was two hard shell tacos. At least the drive-thru operator (first day at work?) could count to two. Often long waits in drive thru. The staff is typically very brash and short, making you feel as though you're bothering them by dining there. I also once received the wrong item, and when I called, the manager told me it "didn't matter" and that I should "just eat the one they gave me." Finally got them from an employee who was not in uniform, who was on his phone at the register, finished his text, then slowly got our cups. Then we get to our table and see the missing/incorrect items and again have to explain multiple times what is missing or wrong. After we received all our items; The dorito tacos were fine but the grilled cheese burrito was half melted and honestly just looked sad and rushed together. The fiesta potatoes were stale and burnt, and honestly definitely not fresh. There's loud hip hop/rap music playing, the dining room basically has no clean tables and there is trash all over the floor as well as overflowing in all the bins. The manager there told her to get back to work where she gave him sass and the stink eye. I really enjoyed reading the funny reviews validating my feelings with all the thoughts I've acquired while coming here since I live extremely close. This seems to be one of the only places besides vitos that's open late in the area and there really should be a hazard sign that says you will get stuck in a line for a really long time and you will not be able to back out. I'm actually even surprised this location is still open or at least open late night. The team is absolutely horrendous and I can't decide if day shift or night shift is worse. At least night shift understands people come for the munchies so they give you extra hot sauce when you ask. But they will probably mess up your order entirely or you'll wait in line for 2+ hours.
