I find Fazoli's to be an incredible value proposition. For $7.95 I got a serving of both spaghetti and lasagna, unlimited bread sticks and a drink. The food was served hot and timely. I enjoyed both entrees. It's not fine Italian dining but very tasty. read more

I had a two hour practice today and all I wanted to do was sit down and have some Fazoli's. me and a group of friends proceed to drive to Fazoli's and we order at 7:48 PM on August 7th 2025 our cashier asked if we wanted to dine in or takeout we said dine in she proceeded to say takeout? We then said no dine in then we pay and we get seated. We are handed a number for our table to be specific number 41. We sit down at our table in Clearview of the kitchen. We noticed outside the window a big group of family probably 20 people come into the restaurant to order. They sit down at the table next to us and this was 10 minutes after we had sat down. Normally at at this establishment, you receive your breadsticks moments after you sit down this particular time we did not. The large group said earlier in the review was handed two piles of breadsticks way before we ever received ours after a good 20 minutes had gone by and no breadsticks. We had to go up and ask for them. Our waiter/cashier proceeded to say they are in the oven. They will come out when they're ready! We go and sit back down at our table at about 20 more minutes later the very large group starts to receive their food at this point we are very confused as to how this happened we start a question where our food is. After it has come to about an hour of us waiting for our food. The large group has got up and left. We go up to the register to talk to the lady. She is clearly ignoring us pretending to work on something else we turned to the side and what do we see? A bag that says the number 41 with takeout sitting at the DoorDash pick up spot. We come to realize that that was our food and we had no clue how long it been sitting there. We try to get a hold of our waitress, but still cannot. We bring the food back to our table it is mildly warm and we eat our food. We then refill our drinks and leave overall this was a very bad experience and a very long wait for fast food. And this is quite ironic, given that their catchphrase is "fresh Italian fast" although we will still be coming back to this restaurant we were just not particularly pleased with this experience. read more

Not sure that I'd call it fast--took 28 minutes of sitting in the drive thru to get chicken Alfredo, pizza, buffalo wings, and an iced tea. Our server wasn't the happiest but I'm sure she did everything she was supposed to to get us our food when she could. It's the buffalo wings that are most memorable; the line between enjoyment and searing pain was very thin. A whole packet of ranch cannot save your mouth from the acid goo they are covered in. I think the pizza was doable and the fettuccine okay. The iced tea I'm still trying to put my finger on--it's a little sour..? Definitely don't go near the buffalo wings if you want to enjoy the rest of your day. read more

My wife and I ate at the Broadway Fazolis in Quincy on Saturday May 11th around 5:14pm. After we sat down, the waitress took a half eaten plate of breadsticks from the table next to us and proceeded to give us those breadsticks. She gave the people sitting at that table, a new batch of breadsticks. I attempted to ask her about this and she turned and walked away. I guess she thought we would not notice. So beware. Good Italian style fast food and decent prices. The service was very good at this location, with the food being brought right to the table. They then ask if you want extra cheese on your entree, and, if so, grind it fresh at the table. And, the endless breadsticks are as awesome as ever, served piping hot and swimming in garlic butter. All the dishes are a little bland for our taste, but red pepper flakes and ground parmesan cheese are provided at the table to spice it up the way you like it. Good cheap "Italian" food. The staff was clearly disgruntled with the owner or manager because the portions were enormous. Got a "slice" or pepperoni which consisted of the kid giving me an entire pizza in a box. Also gave us 26 breadsticks. This was a to go order for just two people. My wife ordered the chicken fettuccine and it was so large they put it in two containers and probably had a pound of chicken with it. It came in the bags with 17 forks and 30 knives. It is what it is. It's fast and cheap and not great. My kid loves it, so we come here once in a while. That being said, they have a 0% accuracy rate at getting my food order correct. The drive-through staff is appalling - today, I was not even greeted or told how much my food was going to be. The woman stuck her hand out the window to collect the money with a scowl on her face, never saying one word throughout the entire transaction. Let's be honest, I'll still keep coming to Fazoli's because it's Quincy and options are limited if you want a fast meal that isn't burgers and fries, but this place isn't great. read more

After five minutes, I was told they had to make my pepperoni pizza. 15 minutes later, an unfriendly gal brought it to me. My family used to stop by Fazoli's once a week for a family duo meal. The last 3 times we have picked up our order through the drive-up window, (all 3 times on Tuesday night since I work through supper hour and pick it up on the way home) the order has been messed up, something is missing every time. We order the same thing every time so it is not that we have a complicated order. All 3 times our food was nothing but barely warm. I think we will restrain from going here again for a bit...
