I had not been inside of this Pizza Hut in a few years. It had goon down hill and the buffet had been removed. I was craving a pan pizza crust recently and we stopped in for lunch. THE BUFFET WAS BACK! Apparently, the new manager (former manager at a previous PH across town) brought it back a couple of years ago. The place was clean and bright. Pizza Hut on Broadway has always been my favorite in town since a child. I fondly remember the BookIT Rewards for the Quincy Public Library. The Deep Dish Supreme Pizza is my absolute favorite. The pizza lunch buffet is top notch. The waiting staff are always friendly and welcoming. The Pizza Hutt image has stayed true and constant throughout the years. read more

First of all, when is the Pizza Hut scented candle going to be a thing? Because if you want your lady companion to be drooling all over the way you smell, you're going to need whatever the smell that is consuming this great establishment to follow you everywhere. I'm not the kind of guy to put a sausage in my mouth, but if there was ever a piece of meat that I would put in my mouth over and over again it would be the pork sausage that Pizza Hut offers. Like dang. Also, never have I ever been stuffed with so much dough and had such great service at the same time. And who doesn't like taking a good 8 inches, of delicious breadstick that is. I mean if Olive Garden breadsticks and fazolis breadsticks had a one night stand, this is the kind of creation they would make. It is the best, around. Would give it zero if I could. She gave us three dirty plates with what appeared to be ranch dried onto them. The crust was so thin you couldn't hold it and the grease saturated it. Just want to applaud this location! Pizza delivered fresh and hot, liter of soda chilled to perfection..they did forget the "sour cream bag" for my taco pizza after I had asked on the phone to please include it in my order and without hesitation, our delivery man apologized and insisted on fixing the situation by bringing it to us asap!!!! I couldn't believe it...I tipped him more for his time and effort of course. I wish I remembered his name. Thank you!!!!! read more

Ordered online for delivery the two items for $5 each. The conformation e-mail said it would arrive in 25-35 minutes...it took almost an hour. The driver could not find my house (it's not hard to find in a "normal" neighborhood") when it did arrive the pizza was cold and the wings barley had any sauce on them. I guess that is why I normally do not order from Pizza Hut. read more

New menu is awful. Food was awful. Waitress was excellent but otherwise nothing good to say.

After our recent experience at the broadway location, I would recommend either take out or just steering clear from this location. When we arrived around 6:30 and the restaurant was empty, that should have told us we were making a mistake. We had to wait almost ten minutes before the waitress got off the phone to seat us. It was even more downhill from there. The waitress was all over the place and could not coherently answer a question. We ordered an appetizer, she then left to put that order in then was going to come back to take our order for the meal. However, what really happened is the breadsticks we're done, the cooks yelled at her repeatedly to take them but she was nowhere to be found, so no one brought them to us. She finally reappeared ten minutes later and brought us the COLD breadsticks, then finally took our main order. When we received our large meat lovers, my husband ate a few bites and said it tasted funny so stopped. He then started looking at it and realized the bottom of the crust was covered in cinnamon. Out of last 5 delivery orders, 3 were cold (not lukewarm- cold), and 4 had incorrect ingredients. On 3 of the orders, pineapple as missing. When I called and asked about it, they said "oh we're out of pineapple." So I then asked why they took my order for pineapple when they knew they were out. The response "maybe that person didn't know." You suppose maybe they'd call me back? "Hey we're out of pineapple, do you want something different, or still want the pizza?" Nope. Just deliver a cold pizza with missing ingredients and call it done. I called to complain, manager said he's trying to hire better help, and would put a $30 credit (the cost of our order) on my account. Of course he never did. This train wreck is in serious need of some strong management to turn it around. If there was a rating option for zero, this place would get it! read more
