This is the tastiest food in the area. There are other Italian places that will charge you double the price and give you a nice white tablecloth, and dim the lights, while pushing bottles of red wine on you. This is as good as any of them. And please don't tell your Italian grandmother, but this is better than hers as well. No need to insult her. Just head over and eat this and you'll thank me later. On my last trip I had the penne with broccoli and a garlic seasoning. That was out of this world. On this trip I had the big ziti with sausage in a marinara sauce. This is my third time here and it does not disappoint. The employees are super professional. And just to make it even better, they have cheesecake factory desserts. Food was okay more to blend but we sitting there for 25 minutes the chicken wing came out with bbq sauce but we order garlic Parmesan I ask the staff and he still said it a garlic Parmesan till I said this is bbq sauce. 15 minutes later we got the pasta then they still forgot our mozzarella bite took us about 50 to get everything. Great for what it is, an affordable fast food Italian eatery. The way I would rank each element on a 5 point scale would be as follows Inside 5 very clean Breadsticks 5+! Absolutely amazing, practically melt in your mouth and deliciously seasoned! Price 5 very affordable Service 4 friendly and helpful Wait time 5 food came out quickly Food overall 3.5. Food was above average for fast food but not exceptional. Definitely worth what you pay for it with a wide selection ranging from pasta to wings and the portions were satisfying. It wouldn't be my first choice if I was going out to eat dinner but if I was on the road or grabbing a quick lunch, I'd definitely have this as a top choice. I picked up a DoorDash from here that was supposed to be ready at 6:16. Dining room was closed so I had to go through the drive through. great easy food, it's a nice place to stop for a good take-out pasta or pizza or to stay to eat in. Yes, they have issues with staff so are sometimes closed when they should be open, but that's true of every place in the Destin/Ft Walton Beach area. I grabbed a good pasta and drink tonight for less than I could get a burger at a fast food place and healther. They also have salads and Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes for desserts. Check them out. This was the best baked ziti I've ever had! The Memaw passing out free breadsticks was just precious. Absolutely will be back again!

Unfortunately my autistic nephew went there to eat three weeks ago and lost his ear pods. After going through the trash, parking lot etc we couldn't find them even though the app still showed them at Fazoli's. My nephew left his number in case they found them. I called last week and the young man that answered the phone stated they found them in the trash. He described the case and I immediately told him I was on my way. Once my nephew and I arrived, the manager explained they did find them but she didn't know where they had put them. She searched for 15 minutes while I waited. Needless to say, I left my phone number with a promise of a call within 24 hours. $375 later, my nephew has new iPods and still not a word from Fazoli's. To many, iPods are a luxury, to my nephew they are a necessity as well as $375 might be pocket change for some, but to me it's a lot of long hours worked! read more

First time visit, dined inside. Easy ordering process at counter and food is delivered to table. I found it convenient that they bring your food in takeout containers because I had leftovers. Breadsticks were SO good! We ordered baked ziti with spicy sausage and give it 5 out of 5, spaghetti and meat sauce a 3.5. Ashley took our order & brought our food to the table. She is an asset to Fazoli's and I hope they appreciate her. She was friendly and attentive. I asked if she was the manager, she wasn't, but she'd make a great one! read more

I stopped in to this Fazoli's for the first and only time about noon on a weekday. First clue was how "not busy" they were. They had about 4 cars in the drive through and 2 tables occupied inside. As I approached the counter, the sole worker behind the counter left -phone in hand-through a door to the back area. Two workers who were going out to deliver orders as I came in walked back in and one called out "register". The disappearing worker came back through the door-phone in hand-and finished her text while standing at the register. She looked up at me and said "know what ya want"? As I began to order, she saw another worker and told them to come get my order. She then stood there watching and texting away. As I was paying she and her phone moved on to the pass through window to get orders ready. As I was passing by to get my drink, she shoves a paper bag across the counter and says "here's your salad". When my pasta was ready, the number on the table tent I was given was hollered out, and the bag once again shoved across the counter at me. The salad was fine, the pasta was terrible. The sauce was very salty. Even the breadsticks were over salted. The entire time I was there the rude disappearing worker was texting on her phone. Others were busily working, not her. At one point she got herself a drink, stood leaning against the drink counter watching her co workers, and then walked over and set her drink on the counter.
