We miss our local Fazoli's from years ago. We stopped in during a softball tournament and enjoyed the food. The service was great as well! read more

The baked spaghetti was dry and hardly had any sauce. It was a to go order so we didn't know until we got home so we didn't want to get back out to return it. I ordered stuffed shells and they were ok read more

Fazoli's in Johnson City is Amazing. I stopped by last night for dinner and was greeted by the most wonderful employees. "Gena" took my order, and was so kind and helpful to answer questions I had about menu items. She was very prompt with putting my order together and I had everything I needed included. In addition, I spoke to another very kind employee named " Rebekah. She answered questions I had about sauces.I could tell the employees there were working hard to get orders together and working as a team. Someone was cleaning the dining area as well.Another kind employee, I failed to ask her name but was middle aged with glasses helped me with my order of additional sauces. The food was impeccable! So wonderful and piping hot. The sauce amount was perfect for the pasta! I can only wish other area restaurants had the same exemplary customer satisfaction goals as Fazoli's. The price per meal was great for the amount of food given. I will be back not only for the e food, but the amazing customer service as well! Kudos to you Fazolis for having such wonderful employees, such as Rebekah and Gena- and the other staff working. I highly recommend this restaurant! read more

Been goin' to this Fazoli's fore plenty of yrs now. But the last several yrs, there is this one attendant and Bread Delivery Person named Josh that has an excellent personality, super friendly, and not afraid to simply be himself. He has made the sit-in Visits a joy withe the energy he brings withe him. Will continue visiting as long as he is working there read more

Food was very tasty and you get a huge serving. I loved the baked ziti sauce, very tasty! The salad was a great size and the breadsticks very tasty as well! Great value for money and very clean! Service was great! read more

I came in for lunch my server Richard was great took care of ALL MY NEEDS.... He was great at his job and made sure I was happy and satisfied read more

Fazollis in Johnson City is one of the worst fast food restaurants in Johnson City,TN: The quality of food has declined and I'm not convinced it is clean. Ingredients has been scaled back and they no longer use the ingredients that once made the food good, They do not know how to manage their drive through and the wait for food in side is just as bad. Very disorganized especially if you are trying to have lunch and get back to work. They have cut portion sizes down and even their breadsticks are smaller. The manager on 03/06/2025 is a pure (;&!,:/). He no business working with the public. He doesn't seem to handle the pressure of his job very well. He intentionally held my order up and I think it was mainly due to my high end car and his asshole disposition. If you want cheap quality food and poor service this is the place for you because that is what you're going to get. I highly suggest paying about $4 more and going across the street to Olive Garden. read more

BEWARE!! CAUTION!! First time, we ordered spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were GREEN! They were bad and this is food poisoning, like 6 months ago. Time passed and we ordered and they left out part of our order and charged us for it and then said they cannot refund us. Wow! Do not go here because you will get sick and ripped off. They are rude, horrible service and food. Good Luck and you are on your own. read more

Service was terrible inside. The lady taking our order acted like we were a nuisance whenever we wanted to make our meals a combo.

We come here every time we visit JC. The crew are the nicest there is. People give Chick-fil-A a good review for customer service, but Fazolis tops them! Food is always good, and quick the price is great! read more

Tonight I went to Fazoli's . I requested and paid for extra marinara sauce. As I was in a hurry I ask the young no less than 3 times is it in the bag. NOT!! I'm figuring if the two young ladies would have stopped acting like children at grandmas company store, the order would be corrected. Don't eat there read more

Every time I come here I think in my head... "no wonder I don't come here often, it's such a weird location!" I mean the location isn't bad. Just a bit confusing to get to. You see it from the road but you can't turn directly into it. Unless you got a really cool off road Jeep, you "might" be able to make it up that steep hill. I've only been here twice actually. And I would come here more often if it wasn't for the fact that I've missed that turn 100 times. First off! Yes it's Italian food. Not real real Italian food, but they never said they were real Italian either so that's a BIG plus when an establishment doesn't try to be something they are not. Secondly, I think it's a really cool setup inside for a FASTFOOD joint. Hell its nicer and captures the Italian experience better than some REAL Italian places! Also their staff are really nice. No, you're not gonna find any Italian chefs back there. I looked. Lastly.... they are super quick, food is super cheap, and while it's not meant to blows your socks off, it's actually quite good!! And they also have a drive thru. How cool is THAT?? When you're carving some pasta, pizzas, sandwiches with a slight Italian flare to it, and want it quick (as opposed to boiling pasta at home, who actually enjoys that step?)... you can be in and out of here with your own Italian dinner in no time. I love them yes, but only for what they are. Italian fast food. Yep, they do that well enough! read more

Did online order as I needed to pick up and head home. Got in and opened the bag to discover it's missing four cheese stuff shells. Called and the manager said she was pretty sure she put it in the bag. Told her I'm sure it's not in the bag as I'm standing right here with the other items and the bag. offered to replace it but I can't go back out. Wouldn't offer refund for the item. Will not be going back. This is the second time this has happened read more

You come here for bottomless garlic bread sticks and salty red sauce. It's not gourmet, but if you know what to expect or have a very specific craving like I did tonight, it fills a niche. You could go your whole life not eating here and you wouldn't miss a thing. One of the few places in these here parts where you can get grape or lime Fanta Zero. And, honestly, the pasta is better than that place across the street. Here in JC, they have what must be the nicest people in fast food working, which is why THIS Fazoli's rates 3* instead of 2*. They don't have wine, but DO have Frank and Dean in the house music. Ima let you in on an Italian-American cooking secret....the gravy is much better if it hears Frank and\or Dean when it's simmering. Now I normally don't eat white sauce anywhere but home, and I don't recommend it here. The pasta is guaranteed to be overcooked, but that's to cater to the target demographic clientele which, according to my not-so-extensive market research, is an 11 year old girl. read more

Perfect place to take the family. Restaurant was clean, employees went above and beyond. Breadsticks are yummy!

My family always enjoys this restaurant. The food never disappoints and neither does the service. Last night my family was greeted by a worker named Leslie. She was super kind and helpful. Spoke to other customers well too. We had a special order due to my daughter last diet and she made she brought it our table to reassure us it was correct. We appreciated her time and genuine effort. Thanks again. We will definitely be returning customers! read more

By far the best Fazoli's we've been to. The service was quick and our waiter Quinton was the absolute BEST! He kept checking on us and making sure we always had bread. So happy with this experience and we will be back! Someone please give Quinton a raise since we can't leave him a tip! The only issue is trying to get into the parking lot. Other than that we are pleased with this location and can't wait to come back! read more

We aren't from the area and when everything else was packed, we decided to try this place out. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't an upscale Italian restaurant by any means, but it really hit the spot. I would definitely visit this place again. read more

If fast food and an Italian Restaurant got together and had a child, its name would be Fazolis. Super fast service! Spicy Penne with chicken is decent. Stick with the basics, lasagna, bread sticks, etc. The Alfredo is very bland, as is the pizza... If you want a quick fix for Italian this is your spot, but if you have the extra time and money on your hands head elsewhere. read more

I cannot say enough about our love for Fazolis. The food is delicious and affordable. We love the sampler platter, the chicken parm, and the chicken penne. The breadsticks are plentiful and amazing. Good desserts. Our kids love to eat here too. We miss this chain in our area and would be thrilled if they would come back. So much better than Olive Garden. Faster and just as good. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. You can't go wrong here. read more

This store has the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time. So friendly and helpful.

The cashier/waitress Tiffany C was incredibly rude. She brought out the wrong dish, and when I explained what I ordered and wanted, she proceeded to scold me in a very angry and hateful tone as though I was a child. My fiancé told her she was being rude, and that there was no need for the attitude. Tiffany C stormed off shouting she wasn't being rude, in a hateful volume and tone. She sent a different waitress out with the correct dish, but it was cold. Rather than get nowhere in the store by asking either waitress to get a manager, we simply left. I've never had such a terrible experience at a Fazolis before. We also discovered we had been charged for the wrong dish after this explosion of rage from Tiffany C. She never offered to refund the overcharge. Tiffany C's employment should be terminated immediately. Perhaps then she will understand how to properly take ownership of her errors and not take her mistakes out on her customers. read more

I want everyone to know that my husband and I came in to dine today and everything was FANTASTIC!!!! The employees working today we're amazingly friendly and very attentive! This was the best service I have EVER had at a food establishment and the food was wonderful!!!! I hope the 2 women that worked today (June 5, 2020) are highly rewarded with some Serious Praise !!!!! WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON!!! Thank you again so much read more

Not bad but not great--very much fast-food version of pasta. Not a whole lot of taste (things are pretty bland) and they stare at you like you're nuts if you ask about Gluten Free things. Needless to say--not a whole lot of options there. Tried some bites and the sauces aren't bad, the pasta is.... pasta. Atmosphere is alright (feels very much like a slightly homier burger king or something though). Price is good, people seem nice enough, food comes out quick... eh.... read more

I liked it ok the first couple times when I had the lasagna, but every time since then get the order wrong or don't put ingredients on that should be on that particular order. The other night ordered the chicken broccoli alfredo and all I got was plain noodles. That's it. Then ordered a sub that was supposed to have mozzarella on it...there was zero cheese. Won't be going back. read more

I absolutely love this place. I go here at least once a month. It's just as good as Olive Garden and honestly I think I like it better. And the prices are so much better. The food is good quality food and you get huge portions. The employees are always super friendly. This is probably my favorite Italian place in the area. read more

The food quality is more "fast food esque" than other restaurants that offer Italian type fare, but is a good choice for people on a budget who want to try something other than fast food burgers or tacos. read more

Am here right now with my family. No silverware. All dirty and were given plastic. The soda machine as well as the separate water machine had no ice and my spaghetti was just slightly warm. Won't eat here again. Will go to Johnny bruscos for same price and get better food read more

I ordered spaghetti yesterday 8/28 through their drive through and the windows were filthy and gross. Mind you, this is where they serve food. Furthermore, their landscaping is overgrown with weeds. To add to that, my spaghetti was dry with very little sauce. Never again... read more

I work for a company that got Fazolis catered to a a training class of 30. The Alfredo was TERRIBLE! The worst I've ever had in my life! The Lasagna was ok but the alfredo was disgusting. Don't buy unless you have no taste buds. read more
