So the times are a changing again. It looks like this Fazoli's as been updated into a more modern feel, and they have gone back to some of their roots. Its back to being more upscale fast food- things have real silverware and plates, not plasticware and styofoam dishes. It does look like children's night is gone, or they have toned it down. Still eat garlic breadsticks like no tomorrow. Seriously good, and dippable. You know when you want every drop of pasta sauce, bread is your tool. They do have their regular menu and have been coming out with limited time offerings like pizza bakes or italian sausage festival. They are all pretty good from what I have had. I miss the fruit flavored Ices, but thats dating myself. They had peach and blackberry lemon ices. They still have lemon, but man the good ol days. read more

This is (was) one of my favorite fast food chains. I'm usually in the mood for Italian, but most solo outings don't feel like going into a place with an overly b/romantic vibe. No candles at the table here! The breadsticks are always fresh and buttery and the side slices of pizza ain't bad. Used to love coming here more but after my last visit I'm on the fence-oli. My usual menu choice, Tortellini Robusto, was no longer visible but I ordered it anyway and was told by the manager the chain had discontinued all tortellini entrees from their repertoire. Major disappointment. So I'll have to do some soul searching, but if you can find another favorite and don't mind paying Chipotle prices for fast but hearty Italian then green light this place because they treat you right. read more

Not a bad place if you need fast food and don't want it to be fried. This Fazolis has a drive through which makes it that much more convenient. If you get any of the combo meals and you need to get a meal for two, I would totally recommend splitting the combo with your significant other. Between the breadsticks and side pizza or salad, there is more then enough food. I tend to think its hard to screw up Italian food. Don't get me wrong, its not like Frank Bonano is the back of the kitchen, but its a pretty simple spaghetti, pizza and lasagna dish. The chicken might have bordered more on mystery patty then real chicken, but heck, once you slap some cheese and sauce on it, its all good. They even gave me some coupons which I won't use but overall, Fazolis is a good bang for your buck. read more

Awesome value! No it's not olive garden, but it's also 1/2 to 1/3 the price. Not the most aesthetically pleasing place, but I dont expect it to be. Food is amazing for the price, unlimited breadsticks. I'll certainly be coming back if I'm not in a mood to break the bank! read more

This used to be a great spot but the service here was not so great recently. When our food arrived only my spaghetti was fresh, my lasagna and pasta were lukewarm. My salad had two tomatoes, cheese, onions and old lettuce. They gave us each ONE breadstick and told us they'd bring more when they were out of the oven. They didn't...I was pissed watching other people with trays of breadsticks walk by why we waited....finally I got up and asked for more. They do not go around and refill here like they used to do and for $25 for two meals we could have just gone to Olive Garden for fresher food. read more

So here's the scoop on this little place. The service I received, we were greeted nicely & promptly our order taken no issues proceeded to sit at our table, waited & waited & waited some more for our food. Had to go up to the counter 20 minutes after ordering just to ask if I can get our food. They brought it out after suggesting we sit so they could do so, & my sons pizza was fine & yummy but my noodles were hard & not good. That wasn't the problem tho I understand mistakes happen but when I took it to the so called "manager" & told her I had waited 20 minutes for cold food & hard noodles she didn't even acknowledge that. She was not empathetic & seemed upset with the server. She is the manager she should have took control & not blamed other people including the customer. Rude manager, nice crew members. read more

Fast food Italian. It's nowhere near gourmet and the wait is usually pretty lengthy but when you're itching for just quick Italian without having to dine in this is what you get. It's not all bad. Their penne is pretty good and I've always loved their breadsticks. Their Italian ice is probably my favorite but I swear they have European sizes cuz even the large is small. Overall don't have super high expectations and you'll be content. If you go to Taco Bell you can't expect authentic Mexican. It's the same with this but for what they have it's pretty good. read more

Fazoli's is few and far between these days so when I found this one, I was going to get the taste that I remembered. First off, the portions they give are very small for the price. The side salad was not worth it either. The food itself tasted alright. I remember it use to be better than what it is now though. Go to the one in Northglenn. This one is sub-par. Dry overcooked breadsticks with no seasoning and angry employees. Our 16 year old busgirl was the best part. One employee was screaming in the back and apparently got fired/sent home while we were there. Overall a bad experience, definitely will not return to this Fazoli's. read more

The customer service at this location is seriously lacking. I went through the drive thru and placed an order arrived home to find out one of the entrees in the order was incorrect. I checked my receipt and it was not a miscommunication at the speaker as exactly what I ordered was listed on the receipt. I called and advised of the error and asked that they have the correct dish ready I was coming back up there. I drove back, parked went into the store and they did have the correct dish ready and waiting for me so I handed the card I had just paid with and advised that they could place the refund back to this card. The young man stated "let me get someone", then came back out and advised they would be out in a minute but did tell him to let me know that since they gave me the right food then they would not refund the money. I left, no sense speaking to someone that cannot be bothered with a customer who had been served incorrectly. SOOOO to all the Fazoli's out there this store blew it for you. I will not visit another Fazoli store at all. This might seem severe with only one wrong order but it really is about how it was handled when the error was pointed out. These days there are too many different options to return to a place that does not value their customers time. Fazoli's should take some customer service lessons from Chick Fil A, now there's a company that knows how to do customer service. read more

Not fine dining by any stretch of the imagination, but it's quick, inexpensive, and a good value for the money. They even have a drive-through that doesn't keep you waiting too long, and it's open later than most of the independent restaurants around here. The staff are friendly and efficient. For a fast, cheap, reasonably healthy last-minute aupper, I prefer it to most of the alternatives available around here. read more

I've been here twice since living in Aurora, not my top pick. Actually would be my last after today's visit. The first time I went about a quarter into my plate I found a hair so I called and they sent me a coupon with $10 on it, problem was solved. Went back today, ordered and forgot out the coupon and told her right after. She rolled her eyes and was breathing heavily having to push more buttons. She was wearing a green shirt and im guessing she's a manager. This place is always a little bit on the dirtier side, floors really sticky going within 10 feet of the machine. I ordered the fettuccine meal deal which included a salad, drink and breadsticks. The amount of food was amazing. However, the salad was not made fresh. It was pulled out of an under the counter fridge and the fettuccine tasted as my wife put it like a microwave version. Not the best but would try other items before making final judgement. read more

While the service was good and we were served very fast. There was an employee of the restaurant (i am assuming on her break) who was in the lunchroom and talked very loudly on her phone the whole time we were there. We heard her whole conversation and we were three tables away and she had this cackle laugh that just ran through tou. So our nice quiet meal that we were expecting was ruined. They should not allow employees in the room where payrons are rating when the employee is on their break. Or they should have somebrules aniut phone usage by employees in the restaurant. Then while we eating (trying to eat fast because we wanted yo get out quickly) twobother employees come with a ladder and start to set it up right by our table.
