i've always love Fazoli since I was a kid I used to go to the one in Chino Hills but they closed and now I live over in Corona and I really enjoy Fazoli just because it's a very nostalgic kind of taste. Nothing's changed much their breadsticks are always amazing. The food isn't over the top, but it isn't just bland and I do really like getting food from here I hope they don't close this location. I love their Alfredo and they're frozen drinks and the surface is always nice and they're always helpful and it's always clean inside. read more

Kind people still exist! And they work HERE! Was not expecting to be greeted by the nicest staff when walking into this establishment. I am kicking myself for not getting the names of the two women running the registers and bussing tables and also checking on us after they dropped off our food!? Who does that at a fast food place!? They gave us a GENEROUS amount of breadsticks and then even offered more later! And it wasn't just us, they were SO kind to everyone in the restaurant and even overheard this same warmth and hospitality to the people in the drive through. The food was good, hot, came out fast, and very reasonably priced, especially considering how crazy expensive fast food has gotten. I just cannot say enough good things about these employees. Olive garden better take note because THIS is where you feel like family. I'll come back just to experience the actual best customer service I've had in a long time, maybe ever. read more

This place is pretty great for Italian fast food. I have been here twice when I was craving pasta, and it didn't disappoint. The prices are reasonable. If you live in the area of one of the restaurants, they send out really good deals on coupons in the mail often. They serve delicious unlimited breadstick if you dine in. I tried the baked spaghetti and baked fettuccine Alfredo. The spaghetti sauce was a little heavy on the black pepper on one of the visits, but overall, the meals were good. During both visits, we had the pleasure of being served by the shift manager, Ruth, and she was phenomenal. She had excellent knowledge of the menu, was patient, and was very friendly. They also have a drive thru if you don't have the time to stay. The restaurant was clean, and there was plenty of seating. One of the few fast food chain restaurants that still give you quality. read more

Fazoli’s - Front entrance - Italian Near Me - Norco, California

Italian fast food spot with a drive thru. I got a sampler because I like variety. Everything was pretty good except for the spaghetti, which tasted kind of bland to me. The 2 breadsticks that came with the meal were delicious and great for dipping . The only cons I can think of were the prices and the long wait at the drive thru. read more

I'm feeling like Italian that doesn't cost a fortune. This is the place to go. The food is really good. It's fast and yummy. I would recommend this place. read more

I've eaten here several times, all to go. This is some good Italian food that is somehow also "fast." The food is good, the prices are reasonable and the service is typically friendly. I have used the walk-up and take out, drive-thru, and have ordered online for most orders. The online orders are always ready when I arrive for pick-up. Some of my favorite items are the three cheese tortellini (recently discontinued), parmesan-crusted Alfredo with meatballs and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Breadsticks come with the food order and they are good. You can add a slice or pizza or a small Caesar Salad and drink to your order for only $3.50, works for me. My only negative comment is the the whole pepperoni pizza price was recently increased to $14.99 which I think is too expensive for what you get. read more

You'd really think there'd be more Italian fast food places with drive thru's. I guess the closest we've got are pizza places, but it's pretty pricey and not the same. Once I saw that we were close to a Fazoli's, I knew we had to stop by! There's only TWO locations in all of California! Here and the Chino one. Ordering was very simple and it didn't take too long to get our food. Their menu is VERY extensive. Pizza, pasta, lasagna, desserts, family meals, samplers, salads, subs, you name it, they have everything you'd want at an Italian restaurant! Not knowing what we wanted, we opted for their Ultimate Sampler which comes with fettuccine alfredo, penne with meat sauce, spaghetti and meatball, and lasagna with meat sauce. For our side, we got the pepperoni pizza and it comes with a breadstick. It's honestly not turbo fancy sit down Italian food level, but it's on par with something from Olive Garden or a standard cafeteria, which is pretty dang good if you're hungry and craving for some Italian food. Pizza was really cheesy and came with a good amount of pepperoni. The crust wasn't dry or hard or anything either. My favorite was the spaghetti and meatball, but everything was pretty tasty overall. Breadstick was nice and garlicky too. Definitely would stop by Fazoli's again when I have the chance to and would love it if they eventually had more CA locations closer so I can get their app. PS. Random aside, apparently this restaurant was founded by a Japanese businessman. Very interesting history! read more

The Ultimate Sampler was good. The lasagna was hot and breadsticks had a lot of flavor. read more

I ordered the gluten-free pasta with chicken. I was so glad to know they had a gluten-free option. I loved that I was able to order through a drive thru. This was a great convenience. I got my order and arrived at my next location to eat. My first bite was delicious! Yum. The more I ate I became overwhelmed by the amount of cheese that was added on top. I picked off as much cheese as I could, but it was still too much. I couldn't finish it and had to throw it away. I can possibly consider it again in the future, but ask for less cheese. read more

First time here and the food was delish! I am a huge spaghetti lover and this place did not disappoint. Ruth, an employee at Fazoli's, was extremely helpful and kind as I was navigating the menu. She made great recommendations and went above and beyond to make our first experience with Fazoli special! Thank you, Ruth & Fazoli! My daughter and I appreciate you and we loved our food! Now, if only Fazoli could be closer to where we live! We drove 30 minutes! read more

Drove from Lake Elsinore at 6pm to pick up some dinner from Fazoli's. Was gonna be dinner before a 7pm movie. I order online, clear vegetarian options-Fetticini Alfredo and Baked Spaghetti. Simple. I get there, my order is ready. Get to the theatre parking lot. I open the bag and see chicken Alfredo. Weird, but I figure maybe it's just how they serve it and I never noticed. I go to see my baked spaghetti. Looks different, but let me try it. Oh, this clearly isn't spaghetti but lasagna with meat sauce. How did they get my order so wrong? The food here is usually great when they can get your order right. Went back and checked my online receipt. Yup, ordered fettuccini Alfredo and baked spaghetti which this was not. Called to see what the options were to resolve the issue and was very surprised to find they wanted me to go thru all sorts of hoops just to fix the issue. Not what you typically expect from a chain restaurant read more

Fazoli’s - Spaghetti with Meatballs - Italian Near Me - Norco, California

This particular restaurant chain used to be really really good. We had one in Arizona years ago and we used to eat there all the time. They had a signature Italian dressing that was just awesome and the food was very flavorful and super super yummy. We were passing through town and we got off the freeway to get gas, we saw the Fazoli sign and we were super excited. We went and we ordered what we used to order and unfortunately it was not very good. They don't have the Signature dressing any longer they brought us out some kind of alternative dressing, maybe because of the supply chain or the demand but it wasn't as good as the other stuff. My pizza was very plain, my wife's pasta dish had very little flavor and my son even did not eat the two slices of pizza we got him and he's an 18 year old growing boy. The staff was extremely polite and they were very nice, there was an employee and he was brand new, it might've been his first day or maybe his second day on the job and it was fun dealing with him. He was one of those guys that knew he did not know what he was doing yet but wasn't afraid to tell you and I can respect that. I'm super disappointed that this place did not live up to our expectations. I'm not going to write them a bad review because maybe it was just us, maybe our expectations were really high because of our fond memories of the other location. Please visit this particular store and try it for yourself. In fact, let me know what you think. read more

So, the food at here isn't terrible, but it isn't great. If you are craving spaghetti and you don't wanna cook it this is the place for you. I was having a craving for spaghetti and it was satisfied. Been here 3 times now, always fresh food and friendly service. There should be more Fazoli's locations!

We order from here when we are in the mood for some tasty pasta and pizza. Their bread sticks are very addicting, so we always order extra. But tonight must have been my lucky night since we got extra breadsticks somehow-- lovely!! The frozen lemonade things are tasty. We got the strawberry flavored ones. When I'm in the mood for a variety, I love the ultimate sampler. The portions are perfect to satisfy my cravings, yet I have plenty for leftovers. Lasagna is one of my fave dishes from here. Cesar salad is fresh, has tasty shaved Parmesan, and the dressing is delightful. My picky kids really like their cheese pizza too. All around tasty and enjoyable food! read more

Great spot to get something different. I like that they have Keto friendly plates available. Regular pizza is also really good. Nice and clean interior. read more

Heard about this place taking the spot of five guys and was very excited to try it out. It was pretty packed which was expected from just opening up. I ordered the ultimate sampler and it came with a sample of lasagna, penne with marinara, fettuccine with Alfredo sauce and the last sample I'm not sure if it was a mistake on the order from them being to busy or if that's how it is suppose to come but the last sample I had was just spaghetti with no sauce whatsoever. No worries because I just mixed it in with my Alfredo. The lasagna was good not great and the penne with Mariana was good as well. What I really liked was the fettuccine Alfredo. Our waitress Jen is really awesome she was always attentive and making sure we got everything we need. She brought out some bread sticks and told us it was unlimited so I was happy to try it out. I enjoyed the bread stick a lot more than I expected. To be honest I feel like it tasted a little better than the garlic bread from Olive Garden. I would definitely be coming back to this place to try out their many other delicious menu items. read more

I've ordered many times before with no problems. Today I ordered baked meatballs again. Prior they were regular size meatballs today they were miniature but same price. I called store and was told sometimes vendor sends large meatballs and sometimes large. Same price. Ridiculous if they are smaller they should add more. Usually plate is pretty full with meatballs today it only filled half of plate. The breadsticks were so stale you couldn't even cut them. Ordered cheesecake not even included. We drove 6 hours from home to attend a event at the Convention center and my son had heard about Fazoli's via social media and said we just had to try it. We had our puppy traveling with us so we had to go thru the drive thru. We were greeted by the most pleasant and positive employee named Ruth who we told was our first time here and she welcomed us warmly. We ended up getting the Fettuccine Alfredo, mozzarella bites and bread sticks. The food was awesome, with the fettuccine Alfredo tasting like olive garden at half the cost! The bread was warm, flavorful and soft. Ruth also have our puppy a meatball to take home! We definitely will come back next year when we visit this area. Ruth you rock! And hopefully management reads this and gives her a raise! read more

If your craving fast Italian this just might be the place. From breadsticks, to pizza and pasta, the food quality here can be both hit, and miss depending on your luck. What I like about this chain is they offer a drive thru for Italian food. I found the pasta with meat sauce to be good, along with the breadsticks. The pizza is what you would expect a kid would like. Bland and as expected. The service is okay for fast food. It's tough to find employees that would bring great service since they are serving fast food. I found the quality at the Chino Hills location to be much better than Norco. The prices at either location are in line with each other. When you go adults should get a pasta dish and save the pizza for the kids. Two slices are just $5. read more

I have not ordered from this place since the pandemic. Was just feeling lazy today and ordered delivery. Back then it was decent for the price. Today, I will never order again. I knew I wasn't going to get the best pasta from this place, but it seems they've gone way down hill, maybe cost cutting and prioritizing profit, who knows. And the prices have gone up. The pasta was mushy. The sauce was watered down. The chicken came in crumbles and didn't amount to more than a chicken nugget and a half, with barely any bacon or broccoli. And for $15 per dish, I consider this a rip off. The one good thing I learned from the pandemic. I can make a much better pasta for a fraction of the cost. I give up on fast casual restaurants. read more
