When I queried on Yelp, he replied immediately, set up a meeting to estimate the job and was very thorough in his review of my unit. I was tired and frustrated by other contractors who were unwilling or perhaps unable to work with my insurance. Emmanuel conformed his quotation to the insurer's requirements allowing a speedy approval after a long frustrating process trying to work with others. He and his crew arrived at 7 AM and worked steadily until 7 PM each day to complete their work. The quality of their work is exceptional. I cannot express how pleased I am with the repairs. You would truly never know that my unit was flooded and that walls and ceiling were missing only days before throughout my unit They went the extra, extra mile in all respects.
