Paintline not only does house painting, they also replace rotted wood. Josh's price was the best and I'm so glad I chose them. Wayne and Wilson came out and scrapped my house, vacuumed every piece of paint chip that came off the house, even from the roof of my garage and in my garden beds. They were incredibly respectful of me and my home. They never disturbed on single plant in my gardens and never left any mess anywhere. They removed the downspouts and washed them before putting them back up. They put 2 coats of paint on the body of my house and 2 coats on the trim. I went from white to a dark olive, and it looks spectacular. One of my friends thought I had my house re-sided. Wilson and Wayne put in a long day and barely take a break. I don't usually get as lucky with people doing work on my home. Wilson and Wayne also painted my deck which was in shambles, hadn't been painted in 3 years. It looks like new. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could, my house looks stunning and I'm so happy I chose Paintline!

This otherwise reputable painting company was contracted to paint 5 rooms (kitchen, three bathrooms…read moreand a finished basement room), a foyer and a hallway in our house during a renovation. When it was "completed" we noticed that there was (1) no signs of any wall prep/sanding/repair, (2) primer paint visible throughout after they claimed to paint "two coats" of wall color paint and (3) areas of the bathroom with no new primer or paint. They used our hot water heater's emergency tap to clean their paint sprayer, leaving an inch of black dust over the entire heater closet. They left a ladder and several tools behind for 3 months. We did give FTP a chance to fix (or honestly complete) the original two coats during a follow-up walk-through that we requested. The manager was belligerent and irritated by us bringing attention to large swaths of unpainted wall and he consistently denied those areas had not "had two coats applied". Regardless, another painter from their company came some time later and did some trim work that was unfinished and some touch up. But two of the bathrooms remain half finished and will require us to personally re-paint their "professional work". To have a local favorite painter in town treat our local house carelessly hurt a lot. We understand that summer labor shortages sometimes mean hiring less qualified and experienced painters but this was a sub-DIY job and seemed to be an inconvenience. Which would be fine if we were not paying premium painter prices.

From the start of the job, Mike (the owner) came to meet us and discussed the job in person. He took care to look at all the details and thought of things we wouldn't have (e.g. inserts in the windows). Additionally, all the people who work for him are his family so are reliable and trustworthy. In terms of work ethic, they were extremely reliable, neat, and performed a high-quality job. They prepped the work area (layed down tarps in the entry), moved the furniture with care and precision, cleaned up neatly after they were done, etc. They finished a few weeks ago and every day my husband and I admire the work they did and we really cannot find one flaw! If you want a trustworthy, quality, and expert painting service, use MK Painting! (Related note, they were also competitive price-wise, we compared to another, less experienced company, and MK Painting was very competitive)

I really appreciated Emmanuel's quick response and flexibility in establishing a schedule. Throughout, Emmanuel was accommodating and willing to take on new and unexpected work. Atlantic Bay Consulting put staples in my living room ceiling without asking, but Emmanuel took it in stride and repaired the damage. Emmanuel and his crew worked swiftly and efficiently to hang new drywall and paint the HVAC closet. This was pretty amazing because there were several electrical cables they had to work around and route to the right places for the HVAC and water heater. BDL Heating & Cooling ripped up the back wall of the new closet pretty badly because they didn't know what they were doing while installing the HVAC unit. I really appreciated Emmanuel's willingness to come back and quickly repair the damage. The photos show the quality of his workmanship, and I hope that my review conveys his character and the exceptional value of Home Painting Solutions' work.
