We moved into our condo in 2021 and had replaced the old and rotting planks with composite soon…read moreafter we moved in; however, we were most interested in revitalizing the roof deck altogether - the railing and posts were rotted and had peeling paint, and we had minimal privacy when hosting friends and family. After speaking with several contractors, we were fortunate enough to find Leo, who gave the roof deck a complete facelift! We initially hired Leo to update the siding of our top deck and replace the door leading to the bottom deck. During our first consultation meeting with him, he had brainstormed many design concepts and ideas we had not even thought of that we ultimately went with - we highly appreciated the creativity and effort to make our image a reality. He was incredibly communicative, and we really felt like we were working as a team. We ended up having him replace the railing of our upper deck and added a privacy wall with a beautiful design. He handcrafted the railing and involved us in every step of the design process. He also replaced rotting wood that was exposed beneath the siding, fixed a broken outlet, and completely replaced a rotting window frame. He also put in place LED light strips beneath the railing to create a sense of ambience we didn't even realize we were looking for! Leo was always very transparent with the timing of each phase of this project as well as any associated costs. Leo went above and beyond and returned twice after our final payment to add some minor touch ups to ensure the deck was as picture-perfect as can be! We have many upcoming projects in our new home and hope to work with Leo on all of them. We have already begun brainstorming together what we can do with our bottom deck. We would recommend Leo a thousand times over and are looking forward to collaborating with him again!

These days, it's not easy to find a contractor that will show up when they say they will, give you…read morean honest estimate, and then complete the work per the estimate and timeline that they give - but that's what All Brite painting did, going above and beyond what was expected. I hired All Brite to remove the popcorn texture from a bedroom ceiling in my house, then patch and paint. Welton and Max did an excellent job. The sheetrock on the ceiling had never been painted, so it required an extra coat of Kilz to not have color leak through. Welton went above and beyond with touching up/painting the walls that could not be helped to get impacted by the texture removal. All Brite covered the room completely in plastic, but I will say that the dust cannot be totally avoided. All Brite made every effort to keep the dust at a minimum, removed debris, and kept the worksite clean. I will hire All Brite again.

we hired mancini roofing to replace our exsisting roof shingles .we asked him about removing sat…read moredishes etc on roof he said all done at no extra charge. He replaced at least 8 extra sheets of plywood as per quote if needed. He came the next day to collect payment which was done. He also mentioned a broken garage window which his crew broke by accident that he would fix. he removed gutters as requested but didnt fill holes in wood where gutters were secured so water would not enter home. upon presenting his bill he added an amount of $1680. for a second layer of shingles he claimed were on roof. roof was replaced 20 years ago and at that time I requested from roofer to remove shingles and not install over them which was done. I have exsisting pictures showing only 1 layer of shingles was installed at that time and old shingles removed. we went on vacation and when we returned no repairs were done either to window or filling gutter nail holes. he was paid promptly before leaving on vacation. leaving me to assume that you cannot rely on his word.. BUYER BEWARE !!!
