I was so hesitant to take my items to Fazio based on these reviews. So I took one dress to have the buttons changed as a tester to see their quality of work and customer service. The dress came out amazing and I was charged a flat fee which I found very reasonable. Then, I decided to bring in 7 items for various reasons ranging from broken seams, adding snaps, changing buttons, to total dress alterations. I was given a price quote, which again was extremely reasonable and was told that at pick up I could use a coupon. What?!? That's awesome. My items were ready in 7 days, as promised. I picked up all my items and I am so happy with the quality of work they did. They were friendly, professional, and affordable. Fazio will be my go-to from now on. read more

Pros: cleaning is satisfactory (no issues encountered) Cons: they charge you based on the brand names of what you bring in. If you bring in a Gap shirt its one price and if its a fancy brand its 2 or 3x. Same work - there's no extra effort being applied (per the counter staff). They DO NOT inform you of this in advance. NO OTHER CLEANERS IN VEGAS DOES THIS. read more

Worst customer service! Never been treated so rudely! For some reason I was given such a bad attitude because I asked for the prices per item which is crazy to me as how does someone expect a customer to drop off their clothes for the first time having no idea how much it will cost when they pick up their clothes! I ended up paying over 250 dollars for my clothes and you would think giving them that much money would get a smile or thank you for your business kind of attitude when I picked up my clothes but no instead more bad attitude! I'm never coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

VERY disappointed, don't trust them with anything important. I had my wedding dress cleaned here and it took over 5 months to finally have it back.... they had to redo it 2-3 times and then waited for the special "preservation" box (which was an extra $50) for an extra month +. Bonus? THIS is how it's "preserved" with blue film so i can't see the color of my dress when I open the box and it's just falling down... read more

Fazio Cleaners - This is my dress - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This place cost us almost $800! We were packing for our trip, when we realized they'd only given my husband ONE of his suits, instead of two. We called, immediately and were told, "it's not POSSIBLE to NOT give you your entire order," and that their system "won't let" that happen. We asked her to please (at least look), and 10 seconds later, she swore they didn't have it. Well, we were going to a black-tie wedding, so, with no time left, we had to purchase a brand new suit, at almost $800. Two days later, while on our trip, (and you cannot make this up), my husband gets a text saying, "your suit is ready." He immediately called, and they said, yep, they found the suit. Fast forward to today, he picks up the suit, and tells them the expense they left us with. The girl says, "well, bring your cleaning here, and I'll give you a discount...." My husband says, we will NEVER use them, again. Can you imagine? They cost us that kind of money, and just flippantly disregarded the hardship, for us. Thankfully, we had the discretionary income, and were able to purchase a suit, which should NOT have even been necessary! Ridiculous. I would give ZERO STARS, if that were an option. Shame on you, Fazio Cleaners! read more

Perhaps the best cleaners in Las Vegas. Excellent service. Always excellent. Thank you

Great service! Have been going here for over three years now, and William, who is the manager is one of the best to take care of you. Coupons are located on their website which is very convenient but there is an option to sign up with email for even better deals. read more

First they lost one of my blouses. I'm waiting for it!!!! Second they are so expensive I can't believe it. RIP OFF 3rd. The 2 employees that took my order and then when I picked up my clothes were unbelievably rude. One had a scowl on her face through our entire encounter. She had it even before I walked in the store. No greeting at all Stay away from this place. I'd give a zero rating if I could read more

COMPLETE rip off!! do NOT use this cleaner. Brought in 1 ladies blazer the ticket did not show a price. When I picked up that 1 item the price was $16 and when I repeated it back in such disbelief they said in a demeaning tone "well thats our prices" read more

We have been customers of Fazio Cleaners Village Center for the past several years. Our guy Rick is Great! Professional, friendly & easy to communicate with. We highly recommend them read more

This would be the perfect dry cleaners for me if it weren't for the expensive price tags. It could be considered standard pricing but I've found better prices around. They could be basing their price around the community they're located at too though. But I wouldn't get away from this location just because of the price, the staff is really cool and nice. They'll keep bringing up the fact that there's coupons that can reduce the price but lets face it, expensive! One other feature I like about this location (which I'll probably use in case of an emergency) is that they're open on Sunday's! Not too many places are! I posted a picture of their pricing fee, so check it out before you head there. I asked about alterations too and it was $20+ BUT there's coupons that can reduce that price. read more

Fazio Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I brought my cleaning to Fazio on Wednesday December 21, 2022 at 8 am in the morning. I requested to have my dry cleaning by Friday at 5pm I was told no you cannot pick up you're cleaning until Saturday the 24th which was absurd. Not only are these folks very overpriced in the dry-cleaning industry but their staff needs more training on customer relations that is why they are rated so low. I would hope that upper management takes heed to the reviews. read more

We have been using Fazios for over 8 years now. We love the service and they always go above and beyond for our family. Love that they have alterations available at this location. read more

49.95 to dry clean a wool blanket...and it was pretty much in the same condition as when I brought it in--was it even cleaned?? Also, was assured everything would be ready in 2 days. Went in 2 days later and was told it wasn't even at the store, and could I come back in 2 days. No sorry, no offer to discount. Just really blah service. Probably won't ever go back. read more

I take my clothes here all the time for dry cleaning. I've been coming here for the past 2 1/2 years....I've never had any issues with them. They've always had my clothes cleaned on time. Their prices are reasonable and it's convenient for me to drop off and pick up on the way to the gym. Will I return? You bet. read more

Fazio Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

A decent dry cleaner but nothing spectacular. It seems like a lot of mom and pop dry cleaners in this town only keep business hours which doesn't jive with my schedule. Fazios is open relatively late so until I find a better place close to home, it'll do. Bring coupons. Get them off their website. Without the coupons this place is ridiculously expensive. I wish they'd just lower their prices and get rid of the coupons, but I guess they've convinced people it's a bargain with the coupons so they keep it up. read more

The young woman working behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful. She displayed a very lackadaisical attitude and clearly didn't want to be at work. I strongly suggest anybody looking for a friendly and helpful dry cleaner to not use this facility. read more

As far as alterations go, their pricing is absolutely ridiculous! I took in two pairs of casual pants to be hemmed. An alteration that is taught in a first week high school sewing class. They quoted me $20 per pair! I went elsewhere & paid $16 for both pair. I'm not sure how this place is still in business other than the fact that they're in Summerlin & perhaps some people there have more money than sense. read more

Ya never again will I go. $24.00 for 1 pair of pants and 1 shirt....and the shirt was done horribly.

Their biggest strengths are same-day service and price if you use the coupon. However, their work is often times shoddy or incomplete and I have often had to ask them to re-wash or re-clean my clothes because they missed certain spots. I would also never get alterations done here again. The work is extremely bad. read more

Poor service, plus they destroy your clothes! My wife and I have used Fazio's several times as they are close to our house. On several occasions clothes were not ready when they were supposed to. The person working at the store apologized and gave us a new date, which was also wrong. We had to argue with the manager to provide the cleaning for free even though that's part of their guarantee. The last straw happened when I got back a cashmere sweater that had a hole in it. Took it in and was told to come back when there was a manager on duty, so I did. The manager glanced at it and said it wasn't their fault because I had moths in my closet. I pointed out to him that the hole wasn't there before I brought it in to be cleaned and none of our other wool sweaters were damaged. He said it was impossible that their service could cause any damage and refused to do anything about it. So yeah, we're done with this place. Going to look for one of those dry cleaners that uses a more environmentally friendly CO2 based system. read more

If I could rate at zero stars or even less, I would. I started using this company because it is convenient location and I heard about the fast turn around. But, it has been the worst dry cleaning experience/service I have ever received. And, I no longer with to use them. On a few occasions, I received my clothes back as if nothing had been cleaned. For the price you pay, that is unacceptable. And, even with the coupons, the place is not cheap. Another time, I requested a hem be re-sewn. I paid a ridiculous amount for it and when I received it, the entire hem was not even re-sewn. When I brought it back to get it fixed again, the seamstress seamed to be talking negatively about me to the cashier because I wanted it fixed. Poor customer service. What really is the kicker is that I had a $60 shirt ruined and I had only worn it once. I was told by the male cashier that I could file a claim but, he could not find any official forms. So, he took down my information on a random piece of paper and said I would be getting a refund in a few weeks. I called and stopped by a few times to check the status. One of the cashiers simply just told me I still needed to wait a few weeks because it takes time. On another occasion, without showing any remorse or kind emotion, I was told that once a claim goes to corporate it is out of their hands. Needless to say, it has been over three months and I have not received anything. Finally, my boyfriend also used to go to this dry cleaner for convenience. One day, he was told he had a $130 unpaid tab from months back. He asked how is that possible. They said it was because his credit card was declined. Now, when paying with a credit card, it will say it is declined upon the attempted use. And, every time he has picked up his clothes, he always signed off on a verified payment. He has never picked up clothes without paying and he does not have any clothes pending there. As a courtesy, he asked for any documentation and they of course could not provide any. He no longer goes there as well. read more

How does this place get off on charging $10 for cleaning a dress?!?!?! And that's with a 50% discount!!! They do a mediocre job at best. Been coming here for years but never looked at the price bc it was so close to home. Stupid me! Never again ... WOW read more

I would probably give this place a 2.5 stars. I do like how they have same day service. However, we brought 10 items our first time, and even with the 40% yelp discount or first timer discount.. the total was outrageous! We haven't even spent that total on combined dry cleaning trips over the past few months! ...This place is expensive, granted I wouldn't be so upset if one of the dresses I actually brought in, wasn't returned to me wrinkled. ...I would expect for such high prices, that our clothes would be perfect. I was hoping this place would be our new dry cleaners, but I am more than happy to find something more reasonable and consistent. read more

I just paid $78.85 for 3 suits and a tie to be dry cleaned. Total rip off. They will never see me again. Avoid this place. One thing I neglected to mention: my suits looked like they'd been slept in when I got them home. This is absolutely the clip joint of dry cleaners. And no, I am not interested in promotions or coupons. If I could have rated this business less than one star I would have. This is a really bad way to run a business. read more

I need something dry cleaned every now and then and am so glad this place is conveniently located nearby. They do offer free pick up and delivery but since I don't have that many things at a time to have done I just drop it off myself and pick it up. I do recommend using coupons from their website because otherwise it can get pricey. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. read more

You possess only what will not be lost in a shipwreck-El Gazali Keep this quote in mind if you plan on using Fazio cleaners. They regularly lose items and make no discernible attempt to assist in a speedy recovery. Recovering your articles generally involves a series of calls to lethargic employees who promise to call you back-but never do. You end up resorting to ongoing follow up and prodding. Who needs one more thing in life that requires managing? I'm changing cleaners. read more

I needed 10 pairs of jeans dry cleaned with a crease & they told me it was $10.70 per pair of pants I have to say that is the biggest up charge ever they have coupons saying 40% off but why should u need a coupon smh I still can't do a company that would really try and beat the community like that so if I can help anyone out there I would say pass on this place because there prices read more

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!!! While picking up my clothes I noticed that 2 of the shirts had yellow dye all over them. I returned the pieces and asked what it was the lady (Lupe) at the counter was very rude and insisted that it was not their fault and that it was because they had not finished the cleaning cycle. I returned the next day and was handed a claim ticket- Their way of letting me know they had destroyed my clothes. When I asked what their policy was for this- I was told they didn't know but if I could produce the receipts then they would reimburse 100%. I returned again with the receipts which were from online purchases so the receipts even included photos of the pieces so there was no discrepancy that they were the correct receipts. The 2 receipts added up to $175. I FINALLY received the check from Fazios... for a whopping $20!!!!! Didn't even cover the cleaning costs! I was APPALLED by the customer service locally but the customer service from the corporate office was even WORSE!! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY CLEARLY DO NOT VALUE YOUR CLOTHES OR YOUR BUSINESS! read more

Insanely overpriced -- $10 for a single cotton shirt?-- and shockingly poor service. I brought in a sweater that had a stain, asking very specifically if it was possible to clean the item. I expected an honest "Maybe" or perhaps "We'll try," which would have allowed me to decide whether to risk the high cleaning fee. Not here. Fazio assured me this stain could be removed. The sweater was returned to me with the same stain, and a tear in the collar area from someone carelessly stapling a paper message saying "Sweater came in stained." For this, I was charged nearly $20! The coupons Fazio provides via email are a laugh, subject to so many conditions they're essentially useless. I will say Fazio is quick with turnaround. But picking up items is an exercise in sticker shock and disappointment every time. I will never go back. read more

I'm a tough customer! I'm in sales and wear shirts and ties to work. A good cleaners is one I don't have to think about. I bring in my shirts and come back and leave with clean clothes. When I get home, EVERY shirt had better be spot free and pressed. DON'T MAKE ME COME BACK! I don't care about coupons and discounts. Just get my clothes clean! I've tried every cleaner around Sahara & Hualapai and I was losing hope. Thank goodness I tried these guys. I have had not an issue! I love these guys. Clothes come back clean and wrinkle free. And I can get all this done on the same day? SIGN ME UP! (and you can keep the coupons). read more

Great service and good prices!!! Staff is friendly and prompt. I use them every week.

Excellent service, great quality. Couldn't be happier. Phenomenal delivery guy. I would use another service.

After going in person to 1946 Village Center Drive to set up an account for dry cleaning pickup and delivery, I had a bad experience. The pickup was on Mon-Jan 11. I was told I would get my 2 business suits delivered to me on Wed-Jan 13. I never heard back from anyone at Fazio Cleaners. I went in person to 1946 Village Center Drive on Sat-Jan 16 and was told that I did not have an account set up for pickup and delivery. But, my 2 business suits were there and my credit card had already been charged. I will not use Fazio Cleaners again because they seem untrustworthy and their pickup and delivery service is terrible. read more

Love this location. I love the seamstress and have brought many clothing pieces to be altered and am always happy with her work. And love the fact that all the employees know me and if I forget my coupon they always honor one. And very quick at turning around my items if a rush. read more

Expensive, bad customer service, and at one point they gave my cloths to someone else and no one ever even apologized. I picked up the last laundry job from Fazios last night. It was fitting that they destroyed one of my dress shirts on the final job. I told them I wouldn't pay for that shirt and they just shrugged their shoulders. I would have asked for a laundering credit for the cost of the shirt but they couldn't pay me to trust them with my clothes any longer. Good riddance Fazios! read more

I have been coming to the store for five years but today was my last time because I find the staff becoming increasingly incompetent. Today they told me they "can't do two things at once" with a cleaning AND and an alteration. Throw in that unless you have their once in a while coupon special the pricing is way over the top. Actually - even with the coupon the prices are just in line with other cleaners. There are too many better staffed cleaners with better prices. Cya Fazio! read more

Took a suit to get cleaned and didn't realize I left a tie in the pocket.
