Rcently, for the first time in my life, I had to procure a bail bond for a family member late one night. After receiving conflicting information from various government resources (and unable to get through to a live person 90% of the time), I finally ended up at Fausto's. It was already past midnight, and I was tired and fed up from chasing dead ends all night as to what protocol I was to follow as my relative - who had never been detained before in her life - was completely unreachable for hours. Immediately upon entering Fausto's, I was pleasantly greeted by a calm lone employee named Paul. It is not an overstatement that I call him a literal GODSEND! Unbeknowst to me, my relative had already randomly contacted Paul from jail, and Paul was completely on top of the situation. He knew who I was, what to do, and most importantly took the time to intelligently and clearly explain to me what we were to do. He knew all the quirks of the system and how to work around them, and was efficient and kept a smile on his face even at 3AM in the morning. Paul was not only amazingly professional and kind - I dare say he actually made this somewhat miserable experience not only tolerable, but even enjoyable for me! He allowed my relative to call his cell phone multiple times to talk with me across the desk, he offered me coffee as well as a ride along in Fausto's cool Hummer to go with him to pay the bail at the jail - he even charged my dead phone battery for me and said I could come back later to pay the remaining $4 I owed him for the bail! We ended up chatting for a long time while waiting for information to be sent, and when it was time to leave I found myself wanting to hang out longer with Paul. To find yourself cold, lost, tired, and confused in the middle of the night in this type of situation, and then to come across a warm and genuine soul like Paul who was there to competently help and guide us - it felt like an angel had come to our aid! That may sound like an exagerration or too good to be true - but it's the truth. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Paul's service. It's thanks to his expertise that my relative was not transferred to another far-away prison that very morning, which would have been a nightmare and taken yet another 24 hours to rectify. (My relative at the time was just getting over being diagnosed with cancer, and the lack of medical treatment she was receiving for her one night at the prison could have had major consequences if it were not for Paul's swift actions.) Faustos is absolutely horrible... The worst bail bonds ive ever dealt with... I was out on bail through faustos fighting my case for a year.. I never missed a court date, was living at my same residence the whole time, making my payments and i was doing the right thing.... Faustos took it upon themselves to revoke my bail. Faustos reasoning was they received return mail back to them and claimed that i was in a breach of contract and that their insurance company decided to revoke my bail and surrender me... So therefore a bounty hunter who was a creep, stalked my house followed me to the store, as i was walking into the store he put a taser gun to the back of my neck, grabbed my arm and said i was under arrest.. I was transported to my local county jail and had to bail out through a different bail bondsman again... I had talked to faustos and made a payment 3 weeks prior to this incident and they never once mentioned i was in a breach of contract..... Faustos totally screwed me over and i would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.... read more

I would be very careful when using this company. Unfortunately my personal experience with them was running to the aid of two very traumatized kids who had doors in their brand new home broken down when they wouldnt answer to agents when their their parents were at work. Supposedly Faustos was chasing someone in their community. They had no right to not only trespass on private property, damage private propery and traumatize 2 young people and their parents. Yeah, this place is a straight up joke! I had TWO different agents give me completely wrong information which dragged on for a few days. I was already under duress as I was trying to bail my bf out of jail. Jean was rude and dismissing and could CARE LESS who I was or why I was calling. THEN, I called and spoke to Ron who was super nice and promised to speak to the owner and get back to me first thing the next morning, but of course that never happened.
