Today we had Source Pest Control come back for another treatment…read more This time we had Tyler Williams as our technician. Tyler was prompt and very professional. He worked hard to complete the service. I feel like he did a great job. I'm happy overall with the quality of the work. My husband asked him questions and Tyler was glad to answer any questions we had. He seemed knowledgeable and professional. We are going to continue using Source Pest Control. I really appreciate the level of customer service they provide and how much they care about customer satisfaction.

He proceeded to procure the necessary parts and then installed them without any problems. Total time spent was 1 hour and 45 minutes (including time spent looking for the parts). He fixed the problem efficiently in a professional manner. The cost was not cheap but considering a job well done on the same day it was worth it.

Needed to move a 1 bedroom apartment with a LOT of furniture to our new home. The apartment is on…read morethe 3rd floor with no elevator - a tough job! The two guys that arrived were very friendly and efficient - Angelo and I forgot the other's name. They worked very hard. There were a couple hiccups: There were supposed to be 3 movers but one did not show up. We were only charged for the 2 movers. Unfortunately, one piece of furniture was dropped and broken while going down the stairs. The mover was very apologetic and Karl reimbursed some of the cost.
