Found this place through a friend. Called them up in the middle of the night and I got nothing but help. They went and had an interview with my boyfriend in jail early morning and let him know the conditions. They were so understanding with the down payment and really helpful when coming to setting up a monthly payment plan. Didn't ask for collateral, like most places , they will work with you with different options from down payment to monthly plans.
