I had Gray Phoenix come out to clear a sewer line in my basement. I had to think about it for a couple of days before committing then I saw that my wood panel stairs had a large scratch going all the way down the steps from the tool they used and we just had the stairs custom installed. I called the company and told them about it but they kept giving me the run around over several days. I initially chose Gray Phoenix because they are a small business and I prefer to give them my business over bigger companies but in the end because they didn't want to own up to a small mistake and pay for someone to buff it out I went ahead and had a bigger company come out and replace the pipe for me. I would have had Gray Phoenix do the job, had they owned up and fixed the issue they caused. So, my $20k went to AAA plumbing/electric.
