Now more than a week later, there still has been no followup. The warranty is basically useless.

The process for repairs starts with calling 3 Day Blinds who then sends parts or a new blind to a third party installer. They call you after receiving the parts but are typically booked out several weeks to actually conduct the repair. After 3 rounds of this I'm done. I asked for a refund and was told that I'm past the date of a return (Even though this was first installed 3 months ago and only worked for 2-3 weeks). I tried being patient but taking leave from work multiple times so they can save money on a bad product is unacceptable. Moral of the story: ask for a refund first and purchase a cheaper blind from somewhere else.
