Last update; HANSEN GLASS SENT ME AN EMAIL FOR A QUOTE TO FIX TWO PIECES OF 11 x 12 GLASS FOR ALMOST THREE TIMES MORE THEN ANY OTHER COMPANIES! OUTRAGEOUS! Seriously, one of thee most unprofessional companies! First filled out an on-line request for glass replacement. No one got back to me...Called and some guy answered and I told him I put in a request but no one ever got back to me. He rudely replied "We are slammed with work right now", and "I normally don't answer the phones". Then hung up on me. Dude, sounds like a YOU problem, not a me problem! Don't take on more work then you can handle! Asked office girl for a quote on replacing two pieces of glass and a new shower glass door. She told me she would get back to me "in a couple days". A week later, STILL NO CALL BACK WITH QUOTE! Looks like I dodged a bullet with Hansen Glass. On a Facebook group I am on a customer of theirs stated to me they installed shower glass for her, and 6 hours later in the middle of the night, the glass broke due to their faulty install! No apology from Hansen Glass. What a bunch of Buffoons! UPDATE: After this company never getting back to me with an estimated quote in a couple days like the office lady said she would, I wrote them off and found another glass company to do the work. I didn't even think about an appointment she made for measuring my glass windows, three weeks out! And told me after measuring the windows it would take 6 more weeks to get the glass! I hired a glass company who had the glass in hand in 5 days, ready to install in 8 days! The other estimates I received also were out within 3 days for quote, and could get the glass in no more then a week and a half! Today, HANSEN GLASS had the nerve to TRESPASS on my private property, go down the side of my house, open my gate that had a lock on it, (but gardener hadn't locked well), and had the audacity to go into my backyard UNINVITED! Who the hell do these guys think they are? How dare they take it upon themselves to open someone's gate and walk onto their private property backyard. Good thing my pit bull wasn't in the yard, they would have been attacked! THEE MOST INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER SPOKEN WITH! Bunch of Idiots! The team hung an 8' 100lb arched mirror in our living room...they did a masterful job and created a very dynamic ambiance to our living room over the fireplace....they were also punctual and affordable considering 3 other contractors couldn't handle this job or show up on time or come within hundreds of the cost. I replaced my sliding screen door with Hansen Glass. The manufacturer did not send the correct size. The Hansen team acknowledged the error and corrected it. They even went out of their way to provide customer service to make sure the correct screen was delivered. read more

I ordered a piece of glass 93" long from Hansen and got a decent price from them. When it was ready, I realized that it was too long for my car. I asked Hansen for a price to deliver it (3.5 miles to my home). They quoted $90, almost 1/2 as much as the glass itself. I'll get my friend's pickup. Hopefully the glass is okay since I haven't seen it yet, but be aware of any delivery fee if you can't pick it up yourself. read more

I truly wish that I could give Hansen a zero but since that's not possible they get 1. Hansen hires technicians with no experience and sends them out on their own after they are trained improperly, I know from personal experience. I have never been a part of a more poorly ran company. If you are looking for a custom shower, I would recommend Denver Glass Interior or Petersen Glass. read more

I've used Hansen Glass now a few times and I am very happy with their work. Their measurements are precise and craftsmanship is beautiful. The only negative I can give them is that their turnaround time isn't the best. However considering that the majority of their work is custom this is to be expected. Hansen has done several jobs for us from replacing a couple broken panes of glass to screen door repair to installing a beautiful bathroom shower enclosure. The shower enclosure glass needed to be redone to fit, but they did the work promptly and came out to do a readjustment. read more

Not impressed; not recommended. I needed to replace an 18 inch square glass insert for an armoire cabinet door, damaged during my recent move to Colorado. I stopped in to Hansen Glass on Monday 8/7/2017 and while the staff was very personable, I was astounded at how long it took the employee waiting on us to complete the order and quote us a price. I also thought the $120 price was rather high for this simple glass insert (which we would install ourselves). I was told the piece would be ready in a few days or certainly by that Friday (8/11) and I would be called. After not hearing anything I finally phoned Hansen the following week and after ~4-5 days of back-and-forth phone calls I was told the delays were all their supplier's fault. (Really? That's Hansen's business decision as to who they want to work with, don't "air your dirty laundry" with the customer)! I finally received my glass on 8/28 and while Hansen had initially advised us the insert would not be a perfect fit in my cabinet door (which we accepted), the size was off even more than they had anticipated. Again, all blame went to the supplier. And again, it took forever for the employee to show us the glass, wrap it for transit and to process my payment of the balance due. From my experience Hansen was: slow, costly, longer than communicated delivery time, quick to blame their contracted third party and were never proactive in calling me with order status. I can't recommend this service. read more

If a zero was possible they would get it! I had scheduled these people to come give me an estimate on my windows today and while they did show up on time, they were so incredibly rude to my babysitter and my children that it came to a point that my babysitter had to threaten this man if he spoke to her like that one more time she was kicking him out. He was yelling at and speaking down to her as if she was stupid. I explained the situation on the phone to them when I booked the appointment and what I needed, and I also informed my babysitter on what I needed them to do. He came in apparently "not knowing" what needed to be done and yelled at my babysitter for explaining to them what I had told her. We needed our living room and bedroom windows looked at, and for whatever reason he proceeded to go to the bathroom and measure those windows. When my sitter told him we didn't need that window looked at, he again yelled at her. It was at this point that my 4 year old daughter became so afraid of him yelling that she hid behind the couch and my babysitter had to coax her out of hiding. To top it off, she asked him to be quieter because of the children, he did not oblige, and then woke up my sleeping 4 month old. This guy was the jerk of all jerks. Incredibly rude and disrespectful - Hansen Glass should be ashamed of having this man represent them. I don't care what kind of deal they can give me on windows - I'd pay $1000 more just to NOT use them. read more
