    Pork Belly Al Pastor

This place has been on my list for a while, and I was finally able to stop by on a Wednesday night. To my surprise, it was still pretty busy. It is a pub with a few TVs, and there is an outdoor seating area. Very casual. You order at the bar and they give you a number. The bartender was great and super friendly. I ordered the Salt & Vinegar Tots and Pork Belly Al Pastor. Both were very delicious. The tots were hot and perfectly crispy. I would highly recommend. Parking: Free parking garage

I have always been obsessed with Father's Office, especially with their NO SUBSTITUTION policy. There is nothing more that annoys me than someone ordering a burger and modifying everything on it. Of course, I happen to love everything on the Office Burger-Dry Aged Beef, Caramelized Onion, Bacon, Gruyere and Maytag Blue Cheese and Arugula. The quality of the beef on this burger is outstanding. We also love the Frites in a Basket with the Garlic Parsley Aioli. The frites are addicting! Service is very friendly and I love the large outdoor patio. This was a perfect lunch after our Ikea visit!

Took my 16-year-old to Father's Office for a Thursday lunch and immediately got hit with the "everyone must be 21+" rule... which I definitely knew... and definitely forgot. Not only can kids not go inside, they can't even sit on the patio. Lesson learned. Silver lining: I ordered takeout, and there are picnic tables right across the street. The hostess was amazing and even walked our food over to us. We ended up having a perfect little outdoor lunch under a tree. Burger = worth it. Fried chicken sandwich = skip it. Salt & vinegar tots = also worth it Parking was easy.

Burger is yummy it also a little heavy so best to split it! Also NO modifications at all. Service is fast when ordering at the bar! We sat outside and it can accommodate large parties and they turned the heaters on when asked!!

Service from the staff was really nice. Came with my friends and I'm a picky eater and you can't remove things from the burger. I requested only meat and bread and you can't. Also no ketchup for the fries. Friends thought their burger was okay if the blue cheese could be removed they would have rated a 4. My friend liked the garlic aioli(she added it to her burger for taste. Fries were crispy!

What an amazing surprise My wife and I had left Rancho Park heading back to Orange County and just bumper-to-bumper traffic So we looked for a place on the way home to stop and have a beer Wow, what a fun spot in the old Helms bakery location Great service from Billy the bartender, wonderful heifer Van two different types amazing selection of beers. I think at least 40 on draft step. We stopped earlier to eat so I didn't think I was going to eat, but we ordered some salt and vinegar or tater tots that were world class and then Billy mentioned they were famous for their Michelin star burger Say what? Bring it Billy and he did and it was so freaking good. It's good a burger as you will have anywhere; its flavor is inspired by a French onion soup. You need to go visit father's office.

Ive been going to Fathers Office since they only had their Brentwood location. When rhe Culver city one opened up I was elated and have been going there ever since. Located in the plaza with the old Helms Bakery, Fathers Office is both a bar and a food place. There is ample parking in the nearby structure. Upon viewing Fathers Office you'll notice it has a open air design with a huge patio and a bunch of bench seating. During the summer there's nothing nicer than sitting outside drinking a beer and chatting with friends. Fathers Office is known for their burger! A succulent patty of meat with blue cheese, spinach, and a special sauce. If you've never had it, you have got to get it. The burger is like nothing else! Ive never had a bad service experience here, but then again, just dont be a jerk and they'll probably be nice.

Disappointing to get a Rare burger when you order it Well Done. I used to frequent this place when it opened. Sadly the consistency and quality have gone down hill. Can there be someone with Experience checking which burger is done to what temp? Or is that too much to ask?

After moving away from LA for several years, I wanted to revisit the Father's Office burger during my trip back. It was good as how I had remembered it!!! I love the well-seasoned and juicy patty, onion jam, and blue cheese with the crunchy and fresh arugula leaves. The baguette is able to soak up all the sauces. Something about this combination just hits and I find myself coming back every time I visit! The sprouts were also much tastier than expected - it had a nice crunch on the outside but well cooked on the inside. Enjoyed the addition of pine nuts on top. Father's Office has always been a great pub to chill and get some drinks. Good amount of indoor and outdoor seating options. I love sitting there with a craft beer and watching the sunset.

Father's Office Culver City continues to be a favorite. The Office Burger remains legendary, order it as is and enjoy. The salt & vinegar tater tots are a must as well, perfectly crisp and addictive. This location is larger than Santa Monica, which makes the experience more relaxed. You order food and drinks at the bar, then settle in either inside or on the outdoor patio. The full bar offers an excellent selection of beers and spirits, and free parking is a rare and appreciated bonus. Great spot to grab a drink with a friend or enjoy a group outing.

Came here for a lunch and I have to say this place never disappoints. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is always kept in great condition making you feel clean and comfortable. I got THE thing to order here, the burger. While I don't like blue cheese, it's faint and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I paired the burger with the salt & vinegar tater tots. Those things are amazing!

Father's Office is a gastropub with a lot of different craft beers. Heard a lot of great things about the burgers here, so was excited to visit. Came here with my mom on a Saturday during the day. It was moderately busy. Upon stepping up to the entrance, we were greeted by the hostess and told to seat ourselves. Menus are accessed via QR codes at each table and orders are made at the bar. We ordered The Office Burger and Mushroom and Grits to share. I'm not a fan of blue cheese so when ordering, I asked if it could be placed on the side, but unfortunately, they do not do any substitutions or modifications. The staff member I ordered with did explain that he's also not a fan of blue cheese and he didn't mind it on the burger since it's not too strong, so we went with it. When we got it, the first things we noticed were that the burger was very bread-y and very greasy (our hands were dripping with grease after taking the first bite). Flavor was good. Lots of arugula and cheese, but there was more gruyere than blue cheese. The Mushroom and Grits dish was solid. Not sure what we were expecting, but it was essentially a few different types of mushrooms on top of a crispy grit cake. Flavor was good on this one as well, but we felt the portion was a bit small. Overall, giving Father's Office a 4/5. For hearing so much about the burgers, we were surprised that there was only one on the menu. Flavor of the food was good. The service is a bit different with the self-seating and going to the bar to place orders a day get wager refills. Staff are friendly. The space is a bit dim which gives it a cozy vibe. There is also a decent amount of outdoor seating. Would be a good place to hang out with friends.

Best burger and brew experience in Southern California! What sets this place this apart from all others is the French roll that's filled with a burger the shape of the French roll! And it's not just a burger, it's a prime beef burger! Another plus, is the way the arugula lettuce, caramelized red onion, aioli mayo and Guyere cheese are married with this beef burger! The micro brewery beer takes this meal to another level! It's not cheap but it's well worth the experience! Walk in, grab your seat at a cute wooden table or outside by the sidewalk. It gets so busy and there's not enough employees, so you have to order at the bar. Just be aware of that. It has a wood paneling throughout the narrow establishment. Now enjoy the burger with some Julian cut French fries! They will give you the aïoli mayo to dip your fries into instead of ketchup. It's yummy!

    Do they take reservations?

    I don't believe they do

Are dogs/ ESA allowed outside seating?

There are SO many other great places near there with patios. Go somewhere else. You'll have a better time.

Anyone know if this place is kid friendly?

I believe you have to be 21

Are the ribs from father's office pork?

    Do they check vaccination status?

    Yea

    Are children allowed for lunch?

    Nope.

    Are dogs allowed?

Not inside nor on the patio, but I've seen many dog owners tie leashes around the patio iron fence and leave them on the other side of the fence. The "fence" is about 3-4 feet tall.

Does this place show pro wrestling like WWE?

    No.

What if you cannot have dairy? Can you ask to leave off the cheese since they don't allow modification?

Zero modifications even for allergies/food intolerance.

Can I️ order the office burger without the bacon?

It is actually a bacon compote, but yes they do not do any changes to the burger.

What time does fathers office stop serving food?

M-Th at 11. F and Sat at midnight. Sun at 10.

Has anyone tried the steak dish?

The steak is great. I've had it several times. It's not like fall out of your seat amazing, but the price feels about right to me.

    Where is their menu anyway?

Text MENU to 424-234-2337 for updated menu.

I didn't see a menu but was wondering how much the burgers are? I saw him have Nadia G from Food Network/Cooking Channel where he made it with blue cheese and one more type of cheesand I can't remember what else but it was his favorite or top seller!

$14-$15 Fries aren't included but cost $3. Totally worth adding them. Burger is definitely worth the price.

We are young couple with a 2 year old , do they allow toddlers?

They don't allow ANYONE under 21. Not even a newborn. It's laughable - avoid.

They start you off with a welcome cocktail that was fruity & fresh. We ordered their matcha martini, more cowbell, & sky daddy & tzatziki martini. Our favorites were the more cowbell (Vodka, Pear Brandy, Salt-cured Pears, Roquefort, Michelleberger, Lemon, French Baguette Air) The last ingredient AIR was mind blowing!! Another favorite is the tzatziki martini which was like a Mediterranean martini (Gin, Aquavit, Cucumber, Dill, Mint, Lemon, Yogurt, Clarified) The sky daddy is as also good with a mix of unique ingredients- Fig and Sumac Rye, Brown Butter. Banana, Bitters. Great option for the whiskey lovers. The ambiance is old London vibes without the British accents. The cocktails are great quality. And our server Rose took incredibly great care of us. Looking forward to being back, cheers!

Spoiler: it did. This is a proper little upstairs lounge with a separate entrance from the restaurant. It's small, dim, and vibey in a way that makes you immediately lower your voice like you're in a movie scene. The sound system is legit, too. The music leaned more R&B than "generic cocktail bar playlist," which I appreciated. It feels intentional without trying too hard. They started me with a welcome drink that had tequila and fennel. I had a couple sips. Not my favorite flavor combo, but also not offensive. Kind of like a polite handshake you forget about five minutes later. For my actual drink, I ordered the Uptown Girl. Very boozy, which I say as someone who respects a cocktail that shows up ready to work. It's one of the few whiskey drinks on the menu and it landed in that Manhattan-adjacent zone. Spirit-forward, smooth, and absolutely not something you throw back unless you want to text your ex. I drank it slowly and felt extremely mature about it. The cocktail menu is fun, too. Creative names, lots of concoctions, and you can tell the bartenders are really making things, not just pouring and stirring. Even if you're not a cocktail nerd, it's entertaining to watch. If you want a low-lit lounge with great music, a strong drink, and the kind of atmosphere that makes a random weeknight feel like an occasion, Bar Benjamin is worth the visit.

On multiple occasions, Elton has given me poor service and a noticeable attitude. I chose to overlook it at first, but eventually I brought it to management's attention because the treatment was consistent and unacceptable. After that complaint, the situation escalated. When I returned, Elton refused to serve me altogether. He would not look at me, acknowledge me, or take my order. I was left sitting there while being completely ignored. It became so obvious that other guests sitting next to me noticed and were concerned enough to step in and ask him why I wasn't being helped and to tell him to serve me. That should never have to happen. I then asked for the manager I had previously spoken to, Leo, because I wanted to understand what was going on. I still have not received any clear explanation. What's most concerning is that this behavior feels intentional. No employee in hospitality gets to decide who they will or will not serve based on personal feelings. If a staff member's feelings are "hurt" after a complaint, that does not justify refusing service to a guest. That is not professionalism--that is the opposite of hospitality. It was honestly disturbing enough that the people next to me told me directly that it didn't feel right and that I shouldn't come back because it seemed like I wasn't wanted there. That is not okay, especially at an establishment of this caliber. I am actively trying to get in touch with someone at the hotel who can properly address this situation, because this needs to be taken seriously. No guest should ever feel ignored, singled out, or unwelcome in this way.

Now all I had to do was wait 3 weeks until her visit so the experience could finally happen. The day arrived and I got my mom to Maybourne Bar with her none the wiser. From the moment we stepped through the door, the experience was a 1 million out of 10. Every course is unbelievable. This is a caviar tasting in the best way -- all nine courses are topped with generous helpings of delicious N25 caviar. You get sweet, salty, savory, comfort food, upscale dining, everything comes together in the absolute best way. I especially loved the deconstructed deviled egg and the lobster roll, and the ice cream was some of the best I've ever had. The chips and dip came with the cutest miniature potato chips (although I'll admit I could have used a few more), and the caviar salmon burger was super flavorful. And, true to their word, they surprised my mom with a birthday cake -- and then surprised us both with complimentary lychee cocktails! The service was impeccable as well. Each person on the waitstaff was kind, helpful, and accommodating. We loved how descriptive they were of each dish. It was also really nice of them to decide to give us an extra 2-top so we would have room for all of the courses. This is not only an incredible tasting menu, but made even more incredible by the price. 10 courses and a glass of champagne are $85. I was honestly shocked at how much we received for under $100. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. This is a true gem in Beverly Hills. I'm already planning my next visit!
