But some are first-come, first-served. Some accessible.
It's fairly primitive. No hookups for RVs, however, there is a dump station. It's a whopping $10 to use. No potable water refills for your campers.

TIPS
* There are several other campgrounds within this national forest right next to Father Dyer if you aren't able to reserve the spot you want.
* From Highway 24 (the main road in Leadville) the signs are vague on how to get to this area. Unless you know the area, you might get a little lost. So from Hwy 24 drive west on County Road 4 (also known as McWethy Dr) and follow signs to the Turquoise Lake Recreation Area.
LNT (Leave No Trace)! Pack it, pack it out.
