First, the area is not great. The place looks like it used to be an old trailer park and it's not well maintained. Second, it is cute inside...not alot of room of course but if you are a young couple or very athletic you would do well. We are both 76 years old and climbing a straight up ladder up and down to a loft was difficult to say the least. Using the bathroom at night was scary on the ladder! The loft has a mattress on the floor which to us was not comfortable. Very firm but I guess that's because it was on a floor. Hit my head six times! I had the absolute best time in Leadville, Co. Instead of a hotel we decided to stay at the R.V. Corral in a tiny house. It was perfect for our little family. With so many things to do outdoors I'm Leadville. It was nice to be able to come back and have a nice hot shower, prepare our own food, and a choice of places to sleep in the home. They are bigger than they look. The patio was nice for my morning coffee, and the peace and quite of the downtown location was unreal. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by, but a little place of your own when you just need a little privacy. I will definantly visit the R.V. Corral again to stay at one of their other tiny homes. They have quite a few to choose from. All designed just a bit differently from the last. It is a vacation that is incredibly affordable and one you won't soon forget. read more

This RV Park has the best location anyone could asked for. The park does need some TLC. It was recently sold and the new owner has hired a property manager (Ryan) to spruce up the place. Over half the park is home to full time residents so make reservations if you want to stay. When you get here say hello to Ryan and his lovely dog Elisa. They are the best. read more

Rudy runs a good park. Facilities are clean and work. Location is AWESOME. Easy walk to anything in downtown. Most are pull through spaces and getting in and out is easy. read more

Park location was close to downtown, definitely within walking distance. It was also quiet. Sites were extremely narrow and not marked well. Property Manager seemed very annoyed when confronted about charges for our stay and advertised discounts we did not receive. read more

Stayed here for 2 nights and could not have asked for a better location (in relation to being in downtown Leadville). Free WiFi. Downtown is just a few short blocks away. Rudy (owner) was very nice and accommodating. Bathrooms were clean (showers were pay). Campsites were very close but everyone was extremely nice. Campground is across the street from a bar but both nights (weekend) were fairly quiet. Simple accommodations and would stay here again. read more

We had a wonderful stay at the Leadville RV Corral! The manager was very friendly and communication with him was very good. The WiFi was the best we have ever experienced at an RV park. The sites were tight, but there was enough room for our RV and tow vehicle. The RV Park is located in town, which is very convenient! read more

Stayed for a few days. A mixture of full time and recreational campers. Located in the downtown historic district. Quiet at night even with the local bar across the street. Close to everything in Leadville. 30 mile drive to Frisco, Dillion and Silverthorne. The owner was very kind and made me feel like we were friends.
