His crew was friendly and was able to answer every question we had. The final product is amazing - our 90 year old floors look brand new! I wish we would have used them to work on the rest of our house, as our experience was not as positive with another contractor.

I hired Rick Burris to refinish my hardwood floors three years ago after a renter let water from my…read moredishwasher drip for a long period of time. Rick did a beautiful job on my floors throughout my home. However, after a few weeks, I noticed that the flooring in my kitchen was buckling. I called Rick and left a message--no return call. I tried calling him again about a year later--no return call. I finally contacted another company to have the kitchen refinished. The new contractor said the floor was not dry enough the first time it had been refinished. The new contractor said he could do th e job($400) but would like to make sure he got the right color stain. I tried calling Rick Burris again...still no return call. This new contractor knew Rick and he tried calling...he finally got a response today (the day he is refinishing my floor). So, I know I was calling the correct number because I checked! Although I like the look of my refinished floor in the rest of my house, the kitchen really did need to be redone and I don't appreciate a contractor who does not stand behind the work he does. I would not recommend Classic Wood Floors of Saline.

My husband and I were worried so we stopped in to check in. They were not putting in our carpet padding as requested. So much micromanaging. I highly do not recommend.
