My go to place when I'm craving Halal food! By far my favorite place to get my Halal food fix! You can call ahead so you don't have to wait!

Pretty good chicken over rice with salad. I was craving halal food and had to go get money across the street Chase. This was the perfect location and the food definitely satisfied my hunger! The chicken over rice comes with a salad and a drink. Priced at $7 per order, it was good and quick for a wonderful lunch on a sunny afternoon.

As a food truck... This one is pretty good! I wouldn't say the best but good. This was my first time trying this food stand and it was cool. The prices are a little high but you can call in your order ahead of time which I think is very convenient considering this New York weather. If you like halal food I would suggest trying here at least once. Get a taste of New York

Good lamb meat. Had a gyro, drove back home about 10 mins away, and the food was still hot. Good spot for gyro cravings!

Can I order a chicken over rice but with no rice and double the salad?

I would assume yes, they are accommodating. Doesn't hurt to ask.

I like to get the platter combo with half chicken, half lamb, extra white sauce, light hot sauce. Pita on the side. I love this type of food, and have had it from many different spots all over the country, some mom n pop, some chains. This is BY FAR my faveourite one. I tell everyone about it, if you are anywhere near this cart you absolutely must go! What my stars mean: 5 is outstanding, a must-experience, someplace I would bring/recommend to a tourist 4 is great, someplace I would love to go back to again and again. Backup options to bring/recommend to a tourist 3 is good. Someplace I would return to if in the area. I probably wouldn't recommend to a tourist, but possibly to a local. 2 is ok but only because it is either cheap or convenient. 1 means I would not return

I got the egg and tomato handmade noodle dish that comes as a dry noodle. Scrambled eggs and tomatoes are a classic flavor, but I've never had it with noodles before. The dish was topped with some sesame sauce and fresh cucumber. Overall, it was pretty good, although I was expecting more of a sauce of tomatoes and egg poured over the noodles. Instead, it was just tomatoes and egg sauteed with noodles, with the only liquid being what came out of the tomatoes during cooking. I guess that's why they add on the sesame sauce. The noodles were really well-made. They were nicely al dente and pretty uniform in size even though they're pulled by hand. The tomato flavor wasn't strong enough, but the acidity of the tomato was there and was nicely balanced by the nutty taste of the sesame sauce. The cucumbers provided a refreshing crunch. The dish was missing a bit of spice. I also got a side of chili oil sliced pig ears. They normally sell a dish for $7, but I didn't want a full side of it and asked if they could just give me a smaller portion for cheaper. So the guy at the register asked for $3 and gave me a really generous portion of pig ears. I wasn't expecting it to be a chili oil made with Sichuan peppercorns, but it was and I loved the tingly spiciness it gave the dish. I actually spooned a little bit of the hot chili oil into the noodles to give them a bit more flavor. And since the noodles had no meat in them, I added a slice of pig ear every few bites. I enjoyed my meal even though it wasn't perfect. I'll definitely return to try their lamb noodle soup and see how it compares to the famous one (inside Golden Mall or New World Mall).

First we got ramen and dumplings. Small cup of ramen.. 3 dumplings not exactly worth the cost but L wanted to try it. The char siu piece was good. Broth was ...ok. They prob use sun noodles. There was something I didn't like. There was a weird aftertaste. Like metallic.. prob the water.. I dunno. L got his usually sugar cane drinks. Just ok for me. Joon was sold out of everything by 9ish.. but the lady still gave us a sample leftover of the beef dish. Should've gone to her stall first. Loved her food my first visit. Very short line to get pepper pot over rice. It was really good... I got it again at the end but they ran out of rice .. definitely needs rice with that sauce. The polish sausage is huge. And the pierogies were good too. I liked the one with jalapeños. A lot of stalls were sold out of items. A lot of people were lined up for tacos and grilled corn. I mean you can get that anywhere... I don't like the skewers from the night market .. I've tried it at 2 completely different vendors and it's either the seasoning that we don't care for.. or it's so overcooked. I get it from a street vendor and it's so good in comparison to what we've tried here. If only she had a stand at the night market. It's not expensive but some of the food isn't that great. It's fun to come check it out once a year but a few of my favorites are no longer there so it's not really worth going..

First visit of the year here so I had to go all out with my buds and we got a Brazilian Steak Sandwich, Pork Intestines (my personal fave), Chicken Curry Roti, Jerk Chicken, Pork Belly, Cheese Stuffed Plantains, Fujianese style Pork Ribs, Vietnamese Lychee Coffee, Pakora, Polish Sausage, Octopus Skewer, and Passionfruit Juice. Overall, most everything was quite good and shoutout to my two favorites that I always get every visit, the pork intestine skewers and the passionfruit juice. I don't know how much longer this place has at its price point, but I know I'm going to milk it for as long as I possibly can and enjoy the flavors this market has to offer to its fullest.

They have a wide range of Jian Bing options. Quicitop, a stall inside the same mini food court as Corner 28 with its English name in an almost illegibly small font under its gigantic Chinese name, offers that and more. Along with that, I ordered one of the Chinese style "Beef Patties" to go. (I'm not sure if there's seating in back, however I was taking it with to eat at Citified before the Mets Game.) The woman preparing my Jian Bing behind the counter was totally friendly and quick. This Peking Duck Jian Bing, a sizeable Chinese filled crepe with egg, lettuce and other vegetables, black sesame, was customized with Peking Duck and what appeared to be Hoi Sin Sauce. Additionally she folded within the crepe, as I've had elsewhere a large fried wonton sheet. While I saw some duck as I ate, the fried wonton in particular disproportionately distracted from any enjoyable Peking Duck flavor. If I ordered it again, I'd ask to leave out the wonton. Also, would recommend others do the same. The Beef Patties, in its crispy, flaky, filo dough type bun, was quite tasty, reasonably priced, and something I'd consider reordering. Quicitop might be a place to try their other options, including Jian Bing alternatives such as their batter upgrades of Spinach or Purple Rice.
