The gentleman told me to head over to the screen to order from any of the restaurants located there. The people working the front, they get a notification and go pick up the food from the various other restaurants inside. Once I ordered, it took about 10 minutes to receive my food. It tasted freshly made. The smash burger was crisp and hot. The burger bread was buttery and moist, not dry. The thin fries were slightly seasoned. The soda was a fountain drink with light ice (very good, unlike other places where they fill up the cup with ice). Also, once the food was ready, I also received a text message that it was ready. The location has a few tables inside and some tables outside. Some of the tables outside have umbrellas. Overall, I will be coming back when in the area.

It was nice to have live friendly humans greet you and take your order. The prices are high but it's also expensive to live currently and prices are high for everyone. I do want to mention however that they are very gracious with their sauces and did not charge extra for them. It's so nice to grab food from a restaurant and have them price their food so that they don't cheapen the experience by nickel and diming you for sauces, It just leaves a bad tastes in most peoples experience when restaurants do that. Lastly their grilled bbq chicken Sandwich is one of the best in town. Thank you for quality meat, live friendly service and not being sauce nazis! My only critique, where's the desert options? While the concept is fast-casual, they have a pretty large dining space. This place is great for big groups, family outings, etc. I could easily see myself stopping here on my next road trip!

After getting seated, I noticed on our receipt that the Sweet Potato Fries was regular size, instead of the large we normally order. After explaining the mistake to the team member, he immediately went to the kitchen to let them know. He then said that there wouldn't be a charge. He also delivered our food, making sure that everything was correct. It was all prepared perfectly! Notably excellent service during a peak dining period!

We explained just driving through, he handed us cold waters and wished us well. Wow!! Thank you! We will definitely stop on our way through again! Give them try!

My "lack of service" experience began at the drive-through order box. To be fair, there's a loud air conditioner next to the drive-through making it harder to hear. There's also a car wash next-door, adding noise. I asked for a chargrilled chicken sandwich, she replied back a tropical chicken sandwich, I said no a chargrilled chicken sandwich. She replied back "thats what I said". She repeated it again, sounding like a tropical chicken sandwich, which is another choice on their menu, but I cut my losses here. Decided to ride this one out at the window. Now, at the window, 2:30 PM, this female ( wore glasses, dark hair pulled back) attendant was on her headset, obviously listening to somebody, as she was talking to me, so clearly distracted. Took my credit card, gave it back with no interaction. No smile, she acted as if I was bothering her & the last priority on her mind truly. Then gave me my food with NO thank you, no smile, as a matter of fact, a grimace face the whole time! I remained there after she walked away, since I decided to get ranch dressing too. When she came back to the window, she acting annoyed that I was still there, I said "I'd like some ranch dressing, please". She replied, "75 cents" ". I said, "sure no problem" & gave her the .75 cents. She then gave me the dressing without thanking me again. She had three opportunities to thank me but elected not to do so. She didn't smile once, and remained listening to her headset. Call it a sticking point BUT leaving restaurant establishments feeling neglected and miss treated is NOT ACCEPTABLE! There's an obvious lack of monitoring employees by the afternoon shift manager at this location. I felt her poor attitude and even anger. shift Managers need to be watching their employees consistently & provide real - time customer service training, with consequences for not providing it. I left there so annoyed! After two days, I'm still annoyed enough to write this review. She was rude and I found this unacceptable in a service business. I probably won't go to that location again. She lost my business for them.
