I once called to complain that my to-go order didn't taste the same as it always does. While everything else was tasty, the chicken tasted slightly rubbery. I called the cafe, and when I spoke to Christina she was so receptive and kind to my complaint. She apologized with sincerity, and explained that because of the chicken shortage, they had to purchase their chicken from another brand/company; she assured me that this was only temporary and that I wasn't the first one to comment on this.
