Wow their pizza is good. Thick crust is excellent. Sauce is fresh and tomato flavored. Pricey but a guilty pleasure.

i have ordered twice from fat bob's...but the second time was my last...let me explain. the first time we ordered...we ordered five pizzas from them for an employee lunch. somehow our order was lost...45 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be delivered, we called to check where it was. yes...they forgot. they did throw in a free dessert pizza -- but after showing up more than an hour and 15 minutes after we were supposed to get the pizza (and our employees were starving by the time it finally got there), our free dessert pizza didn't seem like suitable compensation...but whatever......the pizza was good....we ordered a pizza with mashed potatoes and roast beef...and it was great. SO...with despite the screw up...i gave them a second chance because the pizza we got was unique and good. i figured we all have our off days...right?? second time i order...my pizza order shows up and is not correct (i specifically wanted the roast beef and potato because it was so yummy the first time and that ONE pizza was the ONLY reason i called fat bobs!). so i call the store and end up talking to the owner who ARGUES with me about what my order was (despite that the young lady that took my order JUST started working there and kept apologizing during my ordering process!) he actually said to me "how do i know what you ordered??!!" the conversation got worse from there.... no..."i'm sorry for the mistake. what can we do?? or how about i send the right pizza. or how about i credit you for the wrong pizza...or how about i credit you for half?? or how about something??!! i have NEVER had a pizza place be such a jerk about a mistake. tommy's pizza has given me a coupon for $10 for being late yet fat bob's can't even admit they made a mistake????!!!!!! my husband owns a business and i run one a separate one. customer service is CRUCIAL in what we do. we would never treat our customers as disrespectful as i was treated.... yes...their pizza is good....but their customer service is awful. i am not one to complain about a business.....everyone has their rough days. but after we were annoyed the first time with their lack of empathy for their mistake...the second time was absolutely ridiculous. there are too many pizza places in our area who have good pizza and care about their customers. support a business who has respect for your hard earned dollars..........that was $55 dollars that i might as well have flushed down the toilet... read more

Passed through town and decided to stop by this place for a quick dinner. Pizza isn't generally the healthiest thing, but my friends and I loved the meat-lovers pizza here; bits of bacon & ham, thicker-than-usual slices of pepperoni, an huge chunks of sausage. The crust was pretty good, too, and for a place that mostly does take-out probably, the service was great. The decor is very creative, too, and location is not too far away from the highway. 5/5 for price, quality, quantity, and service. read more

my Husband told me about this place since he has had it before and i haven't. i love pizza so when i find something i like i stick with it.. well fat bobs was amazing.. the owners were really nice and even chatted with us for a couple. the pizza is amazing.. ive had my share of pizza and its not like any other pizza places in town or in medina. you wont be disappointed in going.. the store was nice and roomy. read more

best pizza in the area by far. one of the best i've ever had. the seafood pizza is absolutely amazing. great service and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. so for everyone who said they had an unpleasent experience next time open your mouth and say something or don't complain. unfortunately we know people who have avoided the restaurant because of some of the reviews people have written. if you don't like the pizza then that's your opinion. i understand but i eat there quite often and have never had a bad experience . i have never talked to anyone who has either. for those of you who are wondering no i am not th owner but i am one of his best customers i bet. the only reason i am giving them 5 stars is because it wont let me give them 6. to the management of fat bobs keep up the great work and for god sakes don't change the sea food pizza. read more

Get there specialty crust.....so good could just eat that with no toppings.

Before eating, I always inquire about food additives. Unfortunately, Bob's does not receive their email. After 3 fone calls, Bob confirmed no msg, corn syrup, or sodium benzoate, so I tried it the next day. Bob was off. His wife Mary was on, but she could not give me directions and got all flustered. I found the place on my own with a little difficulty as the parking lot has poor access from the road. My pizza crust was burned, but I really could taste the superior cheese. Fat Bob's changed owners back around May. I've ordered twice since then and have been disappointed both times. The first time I got the chicken bacon ranch. It tasted spicier than usual, and I really can't handle spice. I actually thought they gave us the buffalo chicken pizza instead. We decided to try again recently with the chicken bacon ranch and a Fat Bob. The mashed potatoes were a little on the runny side, and yet again the CBR was spicy. So I'm guessing they changed the recipe. The crust was also even soggier/greasier than before. Unfortunately, we won't be frequenting as much as we had in the past. read more

Went for dinner tonight. Excellent menu choices. We had a large group of people and got the fat bob, Hawaiian and the meat lovers. They were delicious! The crust is hand made and truly tasty. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. My only wish is that the restaurant was busier. Stop going to the chain restaurants and visit a place where your money truly counts! Next time we go, we will definitely save room for the dessert pizza. read more

Decided to check out Fatbobs after seeing that it won Best Pizza in Brunswick...and it did not disappoint, truly lived up to the title! I tried a new pizza, the Siracha Honey Pizza, and it was fantastic! An interesting combination that truly works! The right amount of sweet and spicy! Not only was the pizza delicious, the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming! Great experience and will definitely be returning (and soon)! read more

Terrible service. Pizza I ordered and paid for 2 days earlier was delivered 1/2 late, and delivered the wrong order. Was told by mngr I'd have to see the owner to get a refund. Owner wasn't in the following day and he wouldn't refund me. Now I have to wait yet another day to get my refund. They have my number- yet they couldn't call me to resolve the issue??? i'll never purchase from them again. read more

Fat Bobs Pizza is definitely one of the best in the area. We don't live that close to their restaurant but well worth the extra drive time. The wings are great, The pizza's that I have had are fabulous and we can't say enough about the Desert Pizza's OMG you have to get one one of those, better make it 2 of them. read more

Great pizza, good price and good quality. The sausage pizzas is a little greasy but it tasted awesome.

Best pizza place that we have found in Medina County.... Staff is friendly, facility is clean; dine in at least 3 times a month. Pizza is loaded with toppings, and the traditional crust is our favorite...and the left-overs (if we are lucky) make a good breakfast.... read more

Today was the 1st time I ever ate at a Fatbob's pizza. We were at the on on Pearl Rd. in Brunswick. The pizza tasted great! But I don't think we'll ever eat there again. I was asked if I wanted cheese on my side salad, I said yes, ooops, delivered to the table, no cheese. No big deal. Went up to the counter to ask for cheese. Watched the employee turn around to carry my salad to the cheese, but he had the top of his pants down under his butt and I had to look at his underwear and butt. Grossed me out. Then I had to watch his underwear walk away when he brought out the 2 pizzas we had ordered. But, the final straw, was when we started divvying up the small stack of plates that had been set onto our table for us, the two under the top one were dirty, nasty. I showed this to the underwear boy and he agreed they were nasty. I asked for paper plates, figured that'd be the safest bet, nope, we received clean (?) plates. But between the "no cheese", the "dirty plates", and having to watch the employee wobble around because he was trying to keep his shorts up to the bottom of his butt while he waddled, and having to see his underwear around his butt, the meal was not a pleasant experience. I would think a place of business should have some kind of dress code. Especially at a food establishment, I would think keeping underwear under cover should be a requirement. read more
