Turns out I never had GOOD ribs until today! They should call this place "Hog Heaven". The ribs were very tender, but not dried out like so many places serve them. The baked beans were fantastic - made with some cinnamon and other yummy spices. The cornbread was delicious too. The owner took our order, then came out to chat for a while while we were eating. Very fun guy. Ambiance was not fancy but pretty cute nonetheless: lots of piggy statues and old fashioned metal signs. It's not a large restaurant; a lot of their business is carry out. The real star was their warm and sweet sauce. A beautiful balance of sweetness, vinegar, and heat. They were so friendly!! You can tell they are proud of their product too.
