Was in town for a day and we decided to check this place out. They have outdoor and indoor seating. We went on Friday and there was a live Dj. She was playing all the hits. There was also hookah but we don't smoke. The prices are very affordable and I like how you can sample the drinks. You can also mix any of the drinks! Service was great and the staff was friendly. Saw a post on Instagram from a friend saying that they really needed a push in customers, so I went in! I'm not usually a fan of super fruity drinks but their peach Bellini flavor was delicious and the extra shot was exactly what it needed to cut some of the sweetness. The wings were also solid, I got the hot and lemon pepper mix. The fries were just okay, cheese and jalapeños looked like there were just placed on top a little cold. But everyone was super friendly and the patio seating was perfect with a good playlist going. read more

First time coming here and I enjoyed it. The cashier was helpful and let me sample a few flavors and let me know how it worked. I got the regular size and sat outside on the patio to enjoy my drink. There was a live DJ who played the newest hip-hop and R&B music which was decent. The space was clean and the staff here was welcoming. Security as well as the staff preparing the drinks. Literally in reply to one of the top reviews on here (Leslie H) the owner says that they allow outside food and will always allow outside food. I wanted food from a specific restaurant so I drove all the way out to that restaurant then drove all the way to Fat Tuesdays just for them to say at the door that they don't allow outside food. Mind you I don't live in Raleigh , I live an hour away and the restaurant would've been closed by time I got back there. Very irritated. It's the responsibility of the establishment to keep updated information available. Might give the place an actual try once I stop being irritated about the gas and time I wasted. Edit: Upgraded my review. What can I say...I'm a sucker for frozen drinks so I ended up just eating in my car and coming back. Anyways the place was small but the vibe was nice and drinks were good. Surprisingly empty for 10pm on Friday night. If I lived here I would probably come often. I'm pretty sure the owner or at least a supervisor was in (from pictures on the screens) and I debated voicing my issue but decided it wasn't that deep and now I know for next time. I would recommend deleting that review response so future customers don't end up in this dilemma though. read more

My wife and I happened across this location. And it's been a wonderful find. Sitting outside while we split a Pina Colada (or Peach Bellini) is just perfect. Security checks is each time, and we're very grateful. The servers at the machines know us and are amazingly nice. It's just a lot of fun to sit and "people watch". read more

Ok so listen . I love the ambiance and the bright lights and colors ! The building itself is kind of small . Me and my fiance went last night for what we thought would be a couple quick drinks . But they were closing at 11 pm and we got there at 10:30pm . Security checked our IDs, we tried two flavors then we chose our drinks . We decided to ge the 10$ small cup . 20$ total for both of us . He got the mango and strawberry mix . I chose amaretto pineapple, mango, and peach belini ! Wonderful combination try it Unfortunately im giving this 3 stars because you cannot leave with you drink which sucks because if they are closing like they were then you have to drink all of that frozen drink within that time . I left with a brain freeze and wasnt impressed by getting told by the security that you can either drink it or throw it away when i paid 20$ for this . Very rude . Also of course men like food with their drinks. My fiance didnt like it because there's no options for food . Which i feel him on that . Some wings or bar food would of been nice for the establishment. I would most likely not return just because of this . But thats because i wanna be able to come and go freely with my drink . And for the building to be as small as it is then how are so many people gonna stay inside or out there til they finish there drinks. read more

I was leaving the mall after a Thai massage and spotted Fat Tuesday in my peripheral. My friend and I came by to get a couple drinks, which were quite tasty! The staff offered free testers so we chose our favorite flavors and mixed it up. My absolute fav is the Amaretto & Pinneapple, as I am an Amaretto Sour fan. I ordered Amaretto & Pinneapple and Eye Candy *chefs kiss* I wanted jello shots, which were unavailable, so we ordered vodka gummy bears, instead. They were DELICIOUS! The gummy was wet, but not slimy and super soft. The vodka was apparent, but not overwhelming and they were served cold. I would have loved a tiny fork bc they were sticky (container included lol) The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and Chynna made a great impression on us. read more

Day Drinking at Fat Tuesday on a Saturday--you can now partake in Raleigh in the Poyner Place Shopping Center across from Triangle Town Center Mall. There is no parking directly in front but you can find plenty of free parking around in the shopping center. Upon arrival before entering, you will be greeted by someone to check your ID. Must 21 to drink but there were kids there with their moms who I'm sure was in need of a drink! We went around 5:30p and it was not too crowded. People were sitting inside and out. There was a small line that moved quickly . I took advantage to try some samples of flavors while waiting. I ordered the Amaretto pineapple and combined it with mango! So tropical, refreshing and oh so good! You have the option of adding shots, floaters to it as well as mixing any other combo of flavors, I got the small cup which was $10. The staff served the drinks with a smile which helped make the experience fun! We chose to sit out on the patio, people watch and enjoyed each other's company and convo over delicious frozen drinks. There was music playing and geese in the nearby pond/water fountain. You can not leave the premises with your drinks and I'm not sure if food from the nearby places are allowed in. I sure was craving some wings though which would be a nice idea to open right next store to Fat Tuesday. read more

As a South Jersey native, I am very impressed with this establishment and its location. I used to always go to Fat Tuesday in Philly so to see this here bear my new home is truly exciting! The customer service here is great. I love the ladies energy in here. I came here Tuesday night after work with some girlfriends to check it out and we sat outside. the view is lovely. There is a water or lake right by the building which give the place a very dope vibe at night. The drinks were very delicious too. I mixed three different drinks because Im not a light weight at all lol I mixed Amaretto Pineapple, Mango and Pina Colada together. Highly recommend that combo! Great experience overall i shall return on a lit weekend. read more

Called ahead to ask if the patio was pet friendly on a Saturday evening. Our group called twice to confirm and was told pets were allowed outside on the patio. When we arrived we were told that it was unsafe for a pet as they were about to get too busy at 7 pm. The patio had only 5 people total sitting outside. The manager acknowledged telling us that he said we could bring pets onto the patio earlier on the phone but said he could not allow us now because it was "about " to get busy and therefore unsafe for a pet. read more

I was happy to have Fat Tuesdays so close to my home. Planned an impromptu casual night out specifically to grab a drink and food from Fat Tuesday's . Upon arriving you are carded and told you may not leave premises with drink. We had margarita and Ameretto and pineapple mixed with colada. My drink was good! Staff was great! I was disappointed bc I had read previous review that they would have food available soon but it was not. We just stood around and people watched drank fast to leave and get food and get home. The atmosphere is not our vibe bc we are 44 and mainly everyone was young. My husband said he don't have to come back especially since there's no food. I would come back during a less busy time and check to see if food is available or bring in food. Nice spot for some, but I like a more laid back mixed crowd of people. Disclaimer: I do not frequent bars (club vibe) as a 44yo married chic, however I'd possibly take my girl friends for a drink when they visit us bc it was good. Love the concept and choices in flavors. It was a beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy the weather and atmosphere. Big guy at the door very nice and diligent with rules. Young lady inside, helpful and music was fun. The one thing I brought to the attention of young lady at counter was to mention/suggest inclusive food. I don't eat meat but would have loved to support the business by buying something I could eat. She agreed, it wouldn't hurt to have some type of food. I also wondered how many people like myself had no clue they were out there. What type of advertising was done? The place could be packed and making serious money with advertising.
