I've never had any mistakes or a bad experience in general with this place. The food itself is really solid. I usually get the medi fries with extra meat and pita and that really hits the spot. Half the time I have leftovers for the next day, making the low cost even more worth it. The meat is well-cooked and isn't too salty or tough. The restaurant itself is small with limited seating, so I always order to-go and eat at home. There is a decent sized parking lot that is shared with the corner store next door. The people working are friendly and get right to work once an order is placed. I haven't used the bathrooms so not sure what their state is, but if they're anything like the rest of the place they're probably pretty average. They clean daily, but it could use a good deep clean. I've always been pleased with the food here and will keep coming back unless that ever changes.

It's because it was still kind of early. There's not any indoor seating, just outside with a few tables. Basically this is a permanent food stand. Orders are placed at the window. It's about $7 for a milkshake. Of course these are made with plant milk, so it's not as fattening as the real stuff. Has a ton of food to choose from. It's about $8 for the Savory Italian Soysage. Good and filling. This has marinara and cashew sauce. A lot more to choose from. There's also burgers, fries, and more. Good place if wanting to get plant based versions of fast food. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and the portions are surprisingly large for the price. It's hard to find a place that delivers both quality and value this consistently, but Café Yumm nails it every time. The Southwest Bowl is hands-down my favorite -- packed with flavor, hearty, and always satisfying. And do yourself a favor and grab one of their chocolate chip cookies... it's literally the size of a pancake and absolutely delicious. On top of that, the staff here are some of the friendliest people I've met in Eugene. They always greet you with a smile and genuinely seem to care about their customers. The Yumm sauce that I used to love was too salty, there was a disproportionate amount of tomatoes (to all other ingredients) and I really can't believe how bad a bowl of mostly rice and beans can suck. Btw, my bowl was handed to me by a manager, so there's realty no acceptable excuse. Eating outside of my house has become so annoyingly lame. We don't get down to that part of town often, but we plan to in the future. We had the Fried Tofu Sandwich: Breaded, seasoned tofu served on a toasted pretzel bun with vegan Dijon ranch, pickles, and shredded lettuce and a side of house chips. AND Crispy Avocado Burger: Breaded avocado fried to a crisp, served on a toasted sesame bun with vegan dill ranch and microgreens and house chips. Both were excellent and we would get them again. With all of this said, in addition to the location challenges (parking downtown, etc.), their hours usually don't work for us (they are only open M-F for lunch), being open at least one weekend day would get us there more often, but oh well. It also looks like their website domain has lapsed so they no longer have a website, so Yelp has become their website by default.
