That alone says everything about how they handle their mistakes. This experience was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If a company damages your vehicle and then refuses to take responsibility or even cooperate, that's a huge red flag. He said oh they just give times but they are not accurate. I said how is that great customer service. I was completely fine with paying $95 but was taken advantage of and over charged. He ended up going down to $165. Don't waste your time using this company, call someone else that will honor the price they quoted or atleast generally close. While there was barely any labor involved it was not worth $165.
