More reliable than my insurance company today. First time around they called and said it would be a 3 hr delay. Second time they got dispatched I called them directly for the status on when they were going to arrive and they got right on it! Appreciated their quick service and when the guy got here he was super friendly and kind. Made the experience of getting my car towed not so bad. His name was Rashad Davis read more

I was very dispointed in this company. I got a text they were running late. Later I saw them 5 doors down from my house. I was standing at the edge of my yard waving to flag him down. He drove by and waved at me and drove on. I called the company and told them what happened. I told them they just turned the corner and could they send them back. I was told they called me and I didn't answer the call so they canceled the service. I did not get a call, I received a text saying they were on the way but running late. I would never call them for service. They refused to send them back due to they canceled the call, saying I did not answer the call, again I did not receive a call, I received a text they were running a bit late. read more

This is by far the most unprofessional roadside service I have ever dealt with. I called for a tow, not a jumpstart. When the driver arrived, I explained that the vehicle has a known computer issue for this make and model, where the system falsely thinks the car is not in park. Despite this, the driver repeatedly argued with me that it was a battery issue. When he couldn't jump-start the vehicle, he left without providing the tow I requested, even after I clearly stated I did not call for a jump. I contacted the company afterward, and they were unhelpful and seemed irritated that I even called. No attempt was made to correct the situation. The next day, I had to call my insurance again to set up service, and unfortunately, the same company was assigned. I received a text stating the ETA was 120 minutes, with no further communication. After waiting over two hours, I called for an update and was told it would be another 90 minutes. Immediately after that call, I received a text saying I canceled the service, which I absolutely did not. When I contacted my insurance, they informed me that Relief Net Road Service claimed they had called me several times and I didn't answer -- which is completely false. I received no missed calls or voicemails. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and unprofessional. I would not recommend using them under any circumstances. read more

Relief provided towing service after 4 other companies accepted the job then canceled. I'm thankful they followed through and had the shortest wait time. When Russell Teal showed up he was quick and courteous, a welcome relief after waiting so long for our insurance company to send someone out. I would recommended their tow services. read more

Extremely long wait time. They don't communicate very well. I called them 3 times, same excuse. They were on an urgent call but could never give a ETA. Waited for 3,5 hour. Save yours the aggravation!! read more

Best towing experience I've had. They responded quickly and arrived fast. Abraham was safe, efficient, courteous, and professional. He even tried to trouble shoot the issue for me. I couldn't have asked for better. I highly recommend using this group if you need a tow or a jump. read more

Rashad Davis showed up quickly to tow my car from a parking garage to the shop. He was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend for tow service read more

Today was one of the most stressful days in my life. I have a Mercedes C300 and was wrongfully impounded by a tow truck company who towed my car on a tow truck that was not a flatbed. After being there for hours and finally getting to my car I turn my car on and several lights came onto my dashboard (including my engine light) and I was unable to drive my car. I called my insurance company called Bazing and they were able to get me in contact with Relief Net Roadside Assistance. I kid you not soon as I hung up with them Rashad Davis with Relief called me asked me how I was doing, listened to me rant, told me everything would be okay, gave me an estimated time and was to me less than 30 minutes. He was so freaking polite not only to me but to the rude original company where my car was he even told them to smile and have a better day. Relief Assistance towed my car to my repair shop and due to me being short on time he told me don't worry about it he would get it dropped off and even sent me pictures of my car after being dropped off to make me feel better. I am so appreciative of not only have fast and efficient this tow company was but the immaculate the customer service was from Rashad Davis. People like this really do make your day better. I wish I could give you all 10 stars. Thank you for taking care of the disaster another company completely created! read more

The young man named Rasheed was my service provider who came out to help me with my car. He was professional, patient and helpful. He called to let me know that he was on the way and he showed up as promised. He made sure that my car issues were resolved before he left. I would recommend him to take care of my family and friends. Thank you so much! read more

Rashad Davis was the nicest tow driver I've ever experienced. I was stressed about a flat tire and his calm demeanor and kindness on the phone put me at ease. He was great at communicating and very prompt, helpful and informative all along the way. I was truly impressed with his kindness and professionalism. I agree with the other person who said they would give him 10 stars if they could. He turned what is normally a stressful situation into a very positive and friendly one. I was so pleasantly surprised and he made my day. Highly recommend!!! read more

Very polite and professional. He came on time. No damage to my car. Thank goodness I will be using you in the future.

Such a complete gentleman very caring nice man , I hung up from roadside assistance to have my car towed and less than 2 minutes he called to let me know he would be there in 10 minutes of course he kept his word . I'm speechless again I would have given him 10 stars if I was able to . Please know if you need a tow let's keep him in service because I can't stay enough as a woman how hard it is to find services that don't take advantage and are rude . Thank you so much Relief I was a bit shook up from my car accident and you where so patience and understanding!!!! read more

This is the second time this company has left me waiting over 110 minutes thru my car insurance assistance program. Apparently this is a common complaint this company has. read more

Worst tow truck company ever. Kept me waiting for over 3 hours for a tow then extended the time 3 times when I called. I communicated initially that I needed to be at the tire shop before it closed - they promised that would happen. The last time I called back they said it would be nearly another hour or more which would put me beyond the hours of the tire shop. The guy laughed and said I told my colleague an hour ago that we weren't going to make this and we should reassign. So basically - out of greed and wanting money they committed to a job and continued to communicate they could do a job, knowing they couldn't, at my expense and safety. Then i tell them to reassign it i will take my chances and they mark the status as "couldn't find customer." A total LIE. How professional?! Where's the integrity?! Customer service here is a joke. Wow just wow. Use this company at your own risk. read more

Relief Net Roadside Assistance - Towing Near Me - Dallas, Texas

If your tow is refused they will not notify anyone and hold your car hostage until they can badger the entire system into complying with how they think it's supposed to work (which doesn't work for anyone) There is a middleman system that interfaces between all the insurance companies and the tow companies, and it accepts refused drops in a very specific manner. There is a form these guys are supposed to fill out so that they can continue the tow and get paid for all the mileage. These guys don't use that form, and instead mark the tow as complete at the refusal point. Which tells your insurance and the entire system that the car is where it should be and how much to pay. But it isn't there, and they never told anyone about what they were doing. Then once it is discovered the car is not in the right place and they are contacted, they start demanding an additional PO for the unrequested, and unapproved tow to their shop, which can't be entered into the system as it is just not set up that way. He ends up endlessly confusing both the towing middlemen and the insurance adjusters during this process, and you'll be lucky to get your car moved again without spending hours on the phone with your adjuster trying to get it there. I can't tell if they're just bad at paperwork or what, but hopefully the next person dealing with him will know what's going on by the time they find out their car still hasn't moved after the third time the adjuster made sure the tow was in the system. read more

Waited 2.5 hours for a tow that was supposedly 30 mins eta. Multiple calls, nothing but excuses. State Farm required this company, so who's really to blame? read more

Rashad Davis was so professional and was able to get the job done and kept me updated throughout the process.

Came through with my state farm insurance. Very kind, the weather sucked so he had to wait a minute for the rain to stop to get the motorcycle up on the truck but was very quick once the weather let up! Not sure what his rates are since my insurance covers it but I greatly appreciated him. read more

My car was disabled on the side of the freeway had called for roadside tow thru my ins carrier after they stated they would be able to tow my car until 7:00 pm After waiting 3 hours called Relief Net and within 40 minutes Rashad Davis came towed my car back the shop. Rashad Davis was great! He called ahead of time and let me know when he was close. I appreciate the small things. Also, he called back to let me know where my car was dropped off and sent a picture. Great customer service and definitely an asset to your company! read more

Don't even consider working with this company. 7 times they told me that the tow truck would be there in 26 minutes over the span of multiple hours. They knew exactly where the truck was. It didn't move in 3 hours (which is why they always gave me the same "26 minute" estimate. When I asked for the phone number of the driver, they gave me a wrong number. Meanwhile, the owner of this business hides in the shadows (the number you dial is an outsourcer for dispatch). The owner is not willing to take any accountability for the people and outsourcers he hires or how they treat their customers. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. This was the worse experience ever. My insurance company put in 4 requests to get my car towed to a service king. After 5 days of having my car it was delivered to a texas collision. WTF!! I called the dispatch to get updates and he was no help at all. Terrible customer service. Incredibly frustrating. Don't recommend. read more

I recently connected to this place when I utilized Honda Roadside Service and they were dispatched. I sure do love my Honda, and it got a flat that I was not willing to destroy the rim or sweat profusely for. (Yes, I do know how to, and have changed many a tire in my day). The text Honda sent me stated that I was going to be towed to the dealership and that they were on the way. It also provided me a number. I called just to ensure that it was covered. The woman who answered the phone was kind, and reassured me that all was covered through Honda. She apologetically told me that since it was a Sunday that they had one driver only that was out, and that it'd be 90 mins because he was working an accident. No worries. He actually arrived in about 55 mins total. He was very kind too, though with limited English. He seemed very certain to make sure that my car was hooked properly, and he asked if I wanted to ride to the dealership. I didn't because it was Sunday, but a kind gesture none the less. I am of the sort that tow companies are akin to the devil, but as tow companies go, this one was pretty good. read more

Quick and efficient!! Would recommend using this service. My Car made it to its final destination in one piece.

Great service. Only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because it would have been more convenient for me if they could have let me ride with them to the drop spot. read more

Rashad Davis was very polite, prompt and sent me a picture once the car was delivered. Great!

After giving me an ETA of 3:38 PM, they called me at 4:32 PM to tell me that they were just on their way, saying "we can't do anything about being late." After telling them that I was going to send them my doctor bill for missing my 5:00 appointment, the owner called me, irate, yelling "why didn't you just call an Uber!", then followed up with "we are not picking up your car." RUN...FAST from this joke. read more

Should you ever need roadside assistance in the Dallas area, I'd ask for Rashad Lewis. Very professional and does the job right from start to finish. read more

After waiting 2hours for this company, I called the number provided by my insurance. The dispatcher said that the driver didn't see me even though I was very specific in giving my location. Now unless they sent a legally blind driver, somebody's lying. My car couldn't move (so I was in the location reported to them), and I was sitting inside said car. I will never use nor recommend this service. read more

The person who towed my car dug up my floor board. (I cannot post videos in reviews). I'm not sure why tf they would do that when it was told to them that my key was in the wheel. This was absolutely uncalled for and damaged my property. I will be looking for some type of resolution and accountability. read more

As far as my interaction with the actual driver, it was fantastic. They were professional, got my vehicle loaded up and transported quickly, and answered all my questions! Great guy! However, the company told me three different times that they would arrive and missed all of them. I waited well over an hour past the original time that they had told me. So great company as long as you have time to kill, or maybe for them to kill. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I would give negative stars if I could. I called Liberty Mutual roadside assistance at 10:10 a.m., was told ETA was 89 minutes, which seemed long, so target is 11:40. At 12:05 I called Liberty customer service, am told it will be another 20 minutes. I called Liberty again at 12:40, they dispatch Enzo Towing with a 45 minute ETA, and also leave Relief call in place, whoever arrives first makes the tow. I call Liberty again at 1:00 to inquire about Relief, driver says he is 10 minutes away, I request Liberty to ask driver his location, and he refuses to say!!! Enzo arrives at 1:20, loads my wife's car, leaves for Firestone at 1:35 with me following truck. I didn't cancel the Relief call, I was curious if and when they would show up. As I pull into my driveway at 1:58, Relief driver calls to say he is on his way, will be there in....drum roll please.....10 minutes. I ask his location, it's actually 30 minutes away; I told him his services were no longer required. read more

Rashad Davis was great through the whole process. Clearly happy to help out and communicated clearly with me every step of the way.

I was given a 60 minute window (11:29am) (be here at 12:29pm at the max) Then a 30 minute window in addition (12:34pm) Then a 20 minute phone call with Toyota to sort things out and locate this MIA roadside help Then another 10 minute window. (1:25pm) Does anyone see the obvious problem with this..? Horrible communication and status updates. 1:36 still not here despite the update claiming it was here six minutes ago. Would not recommend this to anyone not wanting to spend their noon on the side of the road for two hours. read more

Awful service. Called for a tow at 6pm. They said about an hour and would send updates. 30 mins go by, I call back, they say driver is 30 mins away. 30 mins come and go and still no driver. I call back and they tell me that I have YET TO BE ASSIGNED A DRIVER. What kind of shit is this? Honestly just go somewhere else. The bright spot might be Renee working the customer service. She was nice and very apologetic but there are issues that may be beyond their control. Terrible hold music too btw. read more
