This is by far the most unprofessional roadside service I have ever dealt with. I called for a tow, not a jumpstart. When the driver arrived, I explained that the vehicle has a known computer issue for this make and model, where the system falsely thinks the car is not in park. Despite this, the driver repeatedly argued with me that it was a battery issue. When he couldn't jump-start the vehicle, he left without providing the tow I requested, even after I clearly stated I did not call for a jump. I contacted the company afterward, and they were unhelpful and seemed irritated that I even called. No attempt was made to correct the situation. The next day, I had to call my insurance again to set up service, and unfortunately, the same company was assigned. I received a text stating the ETA was 120 minutes, with no further communication. After waiting over two hours, I called for an update and was told it would be another 90 minutes. Immediately after that call, I received a text saying I canceled the service, which I absolutely did not. When I contacted my insurance, they informed me that Relief Net Road Service claimed they had called me several times and I didn't answer -- which is completely false. I received no missed calls or voicemails. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and unprofessional. I would not recommend using them under any circumstances. read more

Today was one of the most stressful days in my life. I have a Mercedes C300 and was wrongfully impounded by a tow truck company who towed my car on a tow truck that was not a flatbed. After being there for hours and finally getting to my car I turn my car on and several lights came onto my dashboard (including my engine light) and I was unable to drive my car. I called my insurance company called Bazing and they were able to get me in contact with Relief Net Roadside Assistance. I kid you not soon as I hung up with them Rashad Davis with Relief called me asked me how I was doing, listened to me rant, told me everything would be okay, gave me an estimated time and was to me less than 30 minutes. He was so freaking polite not only to me but to the rude original company where my car was he even told them to smile and have a better day. Relief Assistance towed my car to my repair shop and due to me being short on time he told me don't worry about it he would get it dropped off and even sent me pictures of my car after being dropped off to make me feel better. I am so appreciative of not only have fast and efficient this tow company was but the immaculate the customer service was from Rashad Davis. People like this really do make your day better. Worst tow truck company ever. Kept me waiting for over 3 hours for a tow then extended the time 3 times when I called. I communicated initially that I needed to be at the tire shop before it closed - they promised that would happen. The last time I called back they said it would be nearly another hour or more which would put me beyond the hours of the tire shop. The guy laughed and said I told my colleague an hour ago that we weren't going to make this and we should reassign. So basically - out of greed and wanting money they committed to a job and continued to communicate they could do a job, knowing they couldn't, at my expense and safety. Then i tell them to reassign it i will take my chances and they mark the status as "couldn't find customer." A total LIE. How professional?! Where's the integrity?! Customer service here is a joke. If your tow is refused they will not notify anyone and hold your car hostage until they can badger the entire system into complying with how they think it's supposed to work (which doesn't work for anyone) There is a middleman system that interfaces between all the insurance companies and the tow companies, and it accepts refused drops in a very specific manner. There is a form these guys are supposed to fill out so that they can continue the tow and get paid for all the mileage. These guys don't use that form, and instead mark the tow as complete at the refusal point. Which tells your insurance and the entire system that the car is where it should be and how much to pay. But it isn't there, and they never told anyone about what they were doing. Then once it is discovered the car is not in the right place and they are contacted, they start demanding an additional PO for the unrequested, and unapproved tow to their shop, which can't be entered into the system as it is just not set up that way. He ends up endlessly confusing both the towing middlemen and the insurance adjusters during this process, and you'll be lucky to get your car moved again without spending hours on the phone with your adjuster trying to get it there. I can't tell if they're just bad at paperwork or what, but hopefully the next person dealing with him will know what's going on by the time they find out their car still hasn't moved after the third time the adjuster made sure the tow was in the system. read more

Don't even consider working with this company. 7 times they told me that the tow truck would be there in 26 minutes over the span of multiple hours. They knew exactly where the truck was. It didn't move in 3 hours (which is why they always gave me the same "26 minute" estimate. When I asked for the phone number of the driver, they gave me a wrong number. Meanwhile, the owner of this business hides in the shadows (the number you dial is an outsourcer for dispatch). The owner is not willing to take any accountability for the people and outsourcers he hires or how they treat their customers. read more

I recently connected to this place when I utilized Honda Roadside Service and they were dispatched. I sure do love my Honda, and it got a flat that I was not willing to destroy the rim or sweat profusely for. (Yes, I do know how to, and have changed many a tire in my day). The text Honda sent me stated that I was going to be towed to the dealership and that they were on the way. It also provided me a number. I called just to ensure that it was covered. The woman who answered the phone was kind, and reassured me that all was covered through Honda. She apologetically told me that since it was a Sunday that they had one driver only that was out, and that it'd be 90 mins because he was working an accident. No worries. He actually arrived in about 55 mins total. He was very kind too, though with limited English. He seemed very certain to make sure that my car was hooked properly, and he asked if I wanted to ride to the dealership. I didn't because it was Sunday, but a kind gesture none the less. I am of the sort that tow companies are akin to the devil, but as tow companies go, this one was pretty good. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I would give negative stars if I could. I called Liberty Mutual roadside assistance at 10:10 a.m., was told ETA was 89 minutes, which seemed long, so target is 11:40. At 12:05 I called Liberty customer service, am told it will be another 20 minutes. I called Liberty again at 12:40, they dispatch Enzo Towing with a 45 minute ETA, and also leave Relief call in place, whoever arrives first makes the tow. I call Liberty again at 1:00 to inquire about Relief, driver says he is 10 minutes away, I request Liberty to ask driver his location, and he refuses to say!!! Enzo arrives at 1:20, loads my wife's car, leaves for Firestone at 1:35 with me following truck. I didn't cancel the Relief call, I was curious if and when they would show up. As I pull into my driveway at 1:58, Relief driver calls to say he is on his way, will be there in....drum roll please.....10 minutes. I ask his location, it's actually 30 minutes away; I told him his services were no longer required. read more

Awful service. Called for a tow at 6pm. They said about an hour and would send updates. 30 mins go by, I call back, they say driver is 30 mins away. 30 mins come and go and still no driver. I call back and they tell me that I have YET TO BE ASSIGNED A DRIVER. What kind of shit is this? Honestly just go somewhere else. The bright spot might be Renee working the customer service. She was nice and very apologetic but there are issues that may be beyond their control. Terrible hold music too btw. read more
