My car was totaled by a drunk driver who turned his car off on the unlit part of the 1-lane 183 expressway after hitting the wall. I hit him going 70mph and wasn't able to see him to know I needed to brake. I absolutely loved my car (2025 Cadillac XT4 Premium Luxury with all of the add-on features, Oxford stone interior, argent silver exterior). Since Cadillac discontinued the XT4, the light interior has been almost impossible to find. After sadly not finding anything at my usual dealership (who I had leased my last two XT4's with) I searched high and low to try to find as similar of a car to the one I had, and was able to find it on Edmunds, which then directed me to BMW of Dallas. I called the number and Lachelle picked up. She listened to my story and showed so much care and empathy towards my situation. We scheduled an appointment for the following day and she worked with me when I had to reschedule to later that day without any problems. She had the car washed and out front waiting for me when my dad and I got there. She answered all of my many questions with confidence and ease and put my mind at ease in an already very difficult situation. She also ran back in after I drove it to scan my dad's ID so he could drive it as well. She worked hand in hand with her managers to make sure we could leave with the car that day, which we did! Samantha in financing was also such a blessing to us. She heard my story, shared some of hers, and put us both in a comfortable and confident mindset as she walked us through the different warranty options we had. She also came out before we went back into her office to get an idea of what the car would be used for/what policies would fit my needs best. I'm a realtor and drive all over the metroplex basically every day, so that was very helpful for us to feel confident in her advice and counsel, knowing she knew the entire scenario and all of the applicable factors when getting us set up to finance the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and attentive and I really can't thank Lachelle and Samantha enough for the phenomenal customer experience and care we felt every step of the way. Long story short we took her BMW into @bmw.dallas and even though we have the wheel & tire insurance package they informed us after much discussion they would only pay 50% as full coverage only happens with a tire blow out, permanent tire air leak and or complete rim damage-replacement. I'm still in disbelief, my point is be sure you read the fine detail before paying for extra coverage!

That took around 20 minutes then they paid for an Uber Chevy Suburban to drive me home.
