I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received here, especially because this became a…read moreserious safety concern. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told by the representative that everything had been checked and that my car was in great condition. Approximately 20 minutes after leaving the appointment, one of my tires popped. After having the vehicle inspected elsewhere, I learned that two of my tires were bald and deteriorating from the inside. This was especially concerning because I had just been assured that the vehicle had been checked and everything looked fine. A proper inspection should have identified tires in that condition, particularly when they were deteriorated enough for one to fail shortly after leaving. I also discovered that the filter that should have been addressed during the service was not changed, which raised even more questions about how thoroughly my vehicle was actually inspected. I understand that routine maintenance cannot prevent every unexpected issue, but telling a customer that their vehicle has been checked and everything is fine creates an expectation that obvious safety concerns have actually been reviewed. Driving away with two severely worn tires, only to have one pop 20 minutes later, could have resulted in a much more serious situation. This experience has left me with very little confidence in the quality and thoroughness of the service I received. I would strongly recommend that customers independently verify their vehicle's condition rather than relying solely on the inspection performed here.

I was the second person in the door that morning and first person, and many after me, were long gone. No apology when she realized she was wrong just explained that that "I was next". Don't waste your time here

I used to really like this place and I would always take my cars here when an issue I couldn't…read morehandle myself came up. This past time however was pretty unpleasant. car was dropped off on a Thursday and due to be finished on that coming Wednesday for a camshaft replacement, I didn't end up getting the ok to pick it up until Friday where they tried giving it back to me with a check engine light that wasn't there before and the engine wouldn't even stay on for more than 5 seconds at a time before sputtering out and dying, so they kept it for another day so they could mess with it some more. they eventually got it to be able to run but still sent me home with a check engine light, which come to find out is because they somehow didn't notice an extremely obvious wiring issue that I noticed about 5 minutes into just looking around the sensors. On top of the already pretty unacceptable experience my leather drivers seat also had a brand new rip in it and the paint on my fenders was cracked due to them forcing my hood open because they somehow managed to get it stuck closed. I was promised updates and didn't get a single one throughout the entire process unless I called the owner directly. They also heavily rounded my drain plug when changing the oil. Needless to say Im looking for a new shop now.
