They fired the first guy we dealt with, and everyone else we talked to thereafter was just as incompetent, but with less personality. I understand delays but nobody there had the time to call or update us whenever there was an unexpected delay (which happend 3 times I think, I lost track). The doors sat in their warehouse for a good month after coming in, then after I called to see what was going on we waited another 6 weeks while they figured out how to paint them. Week 7, I heard nothing, so I called again: "Our trucks were 'down', it will be another 1, maybe 2 weeks before they can be painted", so I called on week 3 after hearing nothing, again, and they were finally done! The only person worth receiving the money I spent on the doors is the delivery guy, Bobby, who showed up unexpectidly because Harvey couldn't be bothered with confirming a delivery time. Not only did Bobby wait until I returned home from dropping my kids off at school, but he delivered the doors in the rain. Shout out to Bobby; give that guy a raise. Best part: we had to calculate the correct amount for the paint and paint labor refund for them. They couldn't even figure that out- I'm sure they'll blame that on the guy they fired though like everything else.

I found that WBS supplied the materials to build this house and contacted them. Leroy at WBS went above and beyond to help me figure this out. He gathered my information and he stayed in touch with me throughout the lengthy process to get in touch with the rep etc. He even called to let me know that he was on it even though we might be waiting a while. He was always polite and answered all my questions which I appreciated as someone going through this for the first time. If this is how they treat people who don't do direct business with them, then they must take care of of their customers even better.

However, I called to express a concern about delivery driver that pulled out of local Ace hardware store in JM vehicle, Cutting me off and I had the nerve to blow my horn as I avoided being struck by this vehicle. As I approached the turn off to my home he pulled up, waited for me at the light and threatened me to pull over and get my ass kicked. I should have gone straight to the police. Pretty stupid employee threatening someone with assault and battery while they are driving their employer's vehicle. I called JM carpets. Was told to call the owner the next day. I did. Left a message. I did get a return call but no call back number. Told he would be available the next morning. I called, and was told owner was gone for the day at 10:00am on a Friday. Told me to try again Monday morning. When I reiterated the nature of my complaint and I would report the incident to the police, I was given a cell phone #. Owner was indifferent. Didn't apologize and simply said he would talk to employee to find out what employee was thinking. So, I'll never shop there again and this story will be shared throughout town to anyone that will listen. Our town deserves better than this!

They charged a "convenience fee" for using a card for the down payment, and didn't fill in the Complete By date in the contract. I wasn't worried until seven weeks after I had placed the order, still waiting on any communication from the company. Despite repeated requests to call me to discuss, they've communicated only by email, and only after I reached out to ask why my order wasn't done within the terms of the contract. I was told there wasn't a date on my contract but they'd be willing to start work and have it ready for delivery and install in another three weeks. When I declined and requested a refund as they did not fulfill the terms of the agreement, they first refused and then tried to charge an additional "processing fee" to refund my deposit.

You pull in and then drive up onto a scale to weigh your car prior to doing anything else. There is a stop light and staff will note your car and weight. After getting the new weigh, you can then get more rocks of another style, and weigh again. Keep of track of the types of rock you are getting. We only got white steppers so only needed to do the one weigh. After our last weigh in, we parked and headed in to pay. Prices seemed reasonable. We'll be back for more rocks when in the area again.
