tl;dr great selection and great service…read more Came here for the indigenous people day sale. I had been wanting to get ski boots for a while but was a little shy as a new skier and had no idea what I was looking for. So lucky to have Caleb help me out. He was super knowledgeable with the in store selection as well as areas to look for. He was so patient and spent about an hour with me finding the exact fit and allowing me to really feel the boot out and making small tweaks to ensure the best fit. He did mention that Proctor does allow you to bring back boots for refitting within the first year. While I hope I won't need to come back for adjustments, makes me more confident in my purchase. Look forward to taking these boots out for a test run soon!

I've been going to sports card shops since the early 1980s, and at this point I've honestly lost…read moretrack of how many I've visited. After a while, most of them start to feel pretty similar. So when I walked into Card Czar for the first time, it genuinely caught me off guard--in a good way. The layout alone is impressive. I've never seen a card store set up quite like it. Most shops are great for what they are, but they can feel a little like walking into a typical Ford or Chevy dealership--straightforward and functional. Walking into Card Czar felt more like stepping into a Porsche showroom. Everything is clean, organized, well-lit, and thoughtfully displayed. The lighting really stands out too. It's bright, inviting, and makes the entire place feel energetic without being overwhelming. What really blew me away was the selection. Individual cards, boxes from all kinds of brands, sealed cases, memorabilia--you name it. If it has anything to do with sports cards or collecting, chances are they have it there. And it's not just crammed into shelves either. Everything is laid out in a way that makes you actually want to take your time and look around. The staff are another big part of what makes the place special. Everyone is friendly and clearly knows the hobby well. The owner, Luke, has created a really fun environment for collectors. There's a huge screen TV, awesome memorabilia around the shop, and just a great overall vibe. It feels like a place where collectors actually want to hang out for a while, not just run in and buy something. I've been to plenty of sports card shows with multiple vendors over the years, and honestly this one place feels more impressive than a lot of them. If you're a collector, I'd absolutely recommend making the trip to Card Czar. It's worth the drive. The best way I can describe it is this: it's the Porsche of sports card emporiums. In a word--WOW!

I contacted Suley's and asked if they could remove the number and replace with the new number, I was told they could, I dropped off four jerseys, I was expecting the process to take days but much to my surprise, they were complete within an hour! Also, the jerseys that had not been washed looked like the numbers had been freshly pressed, not one bit of residue from the original number, many thanks to Suley's and their amazing staff.

Customer service, helpfulness, and the feeling that you matter are important. I don't expect to get treated like King SH, in fact I don't "expect" anything - it's up to the other to demonstrate whether they deserve my business, my loyalty, and Next Level gets that done every time. It's been my store since day one. Day one I found the atmosphere friendly and respectful. I especially like that they have a computer set up for customers to do the back ground check form. No messy paper work to mess with! Everything rolls and they get you done fast - love it! They stand behind their products, stand behind you 110% and you'll never feel like a red headed step child calling back with questions or for help. Perhaps that's because, like myself, they're veterans. I don't know but you feel it right away. I just purchased my third firearm from them, a Walther PPQ .45. I called, came in, and bought it - no hemming and hawing. If Brian was surprised at how fast and decisive I was from phone call to coming in he needn't have been, Next Level has earned my loyalty and trust. And Brian is just great along with others there I've dealt with. As usual he took the time to go over the piece like a friend would. I hope I haven't come off as, well, like overly fawning, etc. but I really like Next Level.
