I texted the number to set up an appointment and was told that they "don't service my style of bike" (seems like a common experience from the other 1-star reviews on Google). When I asked why I was told it was because they can't source the parts for it since they aren't OEM standard. If they had done their research they would've seen that 1) my bike does use OEM standard parts and that 2) spare parts for every single thing that could've been related to my brake issue is also available on the manufacturer's website themselves. From looking at other reviews on Google it seems to be a common pattern that they are allergic to doing actual work and just want to sell you bikes you can get 14% cheaper directly from the manufacturer instead of this middleman. It's always the sign of a good business that they refuse to take your money when you want to pay them!

The bike fit also included in-depth pedaling instruction and Ed picked up some bad habits I had and helped me learn what it feels like to have my center of mass in the right place. I came in experiencing shoulder pain during long rides and after the fit session that's almost completely gone away from the combination of adjustments and instruction. Definitely recommend getting a bike fit with Ed for cyclists of any level.
