We were greeted instantly by Brian, who was more than helpful during our whole visit. I explained to him we were new to the sport and did not want/need the most expensive equipment. He hooked it up with a lot of discounts (since we were buying in bulk) and made sure we took a look at last season's gear to save money. I received some of the best service of my short 28 year old life...I'd gladly go back anytime, although I hope I don't need to...Brian even offered to help with our bindings as well. Have I mentioned how cool the shop is? Highly recommend - would not go anywhere else for gear or snowboard insight.

I had been wanting to get ski boots for a while but was a little shy as a new skier and had no idea what I was looking for. So lucky to have Caleb help me out. He was super knowledgeable with the in store selection as well as areas to look for. He was so patient and spent about an hour with me finding the exact fit and allowing me to really feel the boot out and making small tweaks to ensure the best fit. He did mention that Proctor does allow you to bring back boots for refitting within the first year. While I hope I won't need to come back for adjustments, makes me more confident in my purchase. Look forward to taking these boots out for a test run soon!

From clubs to bags to carts to footwear and clothing they have a great variety and competitive prices. Their stock of used clubs is always bound to have a way to get you a new club or set of clubs at a great rate. Additionally, their staff really seem to genuinely care to provide great service consistently. If you need clubs re-gripped or adjusted they don't hesitate to take care of your needs. Sometimes there is a wait and others they will do it while you wait. For example, I had a putter and wedge re-gripped in the time it took me to do a quick lap around the store. Fantastic for sure. I cant say enough about this location and the experiences I have time and time again. 10/10 People seem to only leave a review when they have a less than perfect experience. Which I understand. However, I have been here several times over the last few years and have yet to have anything but a great trip. They help countless customers every season and are still in business for a reason. They do things the right way and strive to provide the service you hope and wish for.

The Taylor Made gold Kalea that she purchased were not fitted and pretty much off the shelf. I guess I was expecting a little more guidance. Not sure if this is how they treat new customers but if it is I'm sure they won't see many back.
