They put three shooters on my brother's stick, when he didn't want all three, so I just adjusted them, but they are expensive. 25$ for a job that takes 20-30 minutes is crazy. The people are pretty knowledgeable, and know a lot about lacrosse, and how to optimize your stick for your playstyle. There is usually a good selection. I came in looking for a stringking mark 2d and I got the last one, so if you go in looking for a specific head you may be disappointed, but usually, the selection isn't bad, especially for attack and middie heads.

I ordered a gift in the beginning of December. I realized 4 days before Christmas that it had not arrived. Upon tracking the package I noticed that the last update was 8 days ago. I contacted L.L. Bean and their response was basically too bad, they could send me a new pair in March. March! No apologies for not contacting me about the package being lost. All of these items in the style I want are, of course, out of stock everywhere or will be delivered way past Christmas. If you are thinking of buying an item from L.L. Bean and it needs to arrive by a specific date, I wouldn't trust them.

I was one of the first 100 customers in the door at the special 8am opening time and was given a mystery gift card, which was found to be valued at $10. There was plenty of staff here willing to assist customers. Dick's sent me a $10 off $25 purchase coupon in the mail for the new Manchester, NH Dick's Sporting Goods, which I definitely will be using to buy my next pair of sneakers. The regular prices are slightly higher than other discount retailers and the sale prices here and online are very competitive.
