The extra fees are absurd. Especially considering the quote I received was $59 plus $60-$90 anywhere inside the city (no mileage). Obviously that did not happen. $228!!!Extra labor and special equipment? Plus an additional processing fee and mileage? What a joke. This vehicle was towed to/from the same places less than a week earlier for $120. It was a basic tow then so I'm not sure what was not basic about it with this particular company. Beware of price gouging and misinformation.

Charges were: $89 - service call (which gets you nada) $45 - mileage (cause just cause they put your car on the truck doesn't mean you want to take it anywhere) $120 - tow charge $29 - special equipment (which was (2) 2x4 pieces of re-used wood, to keep the car from scraping when they drive it on the flatbed) $39 - drop off fee (cause you might want to just leave it on their truck forever??) Unreal. This is simply theft, in my opinion - run away from these thieves!

Subaru roadside assistance sent out three towing companies yesterday none of which were able to tow the car. J&J towing came out today and Terrence, the driver didn't make it look easy but he sure didn't make it look impossible and he managed to get the car out of the parking garage at our apartment building with low clearance and tight curves like a real professional. He was patient and worked the problem and got it done! Snaps to Terrence and J&J towing I would highly recommend them, I will also be recommending them to Subaru roadside assistance!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told by the representative that everything had been checked and that my car was in great condition. Approximately 20 minutes after leaving the appointment, one of my tires popped. After having the vehicle inspected elsewhere, I learned that two of my tires were bald and deteriorating from the inside. This was especially concerning because I had just been assured that the vehicle had been checked and everything looked fine. A proper inspection should have identified tires in that condition, particularly when they were deteriorated enough for one to fail shortly after leaving. I also discovered that the filter that should have been addressed during the service was not changed, which raised even more questions about how thoroughly my vehicle was actually inspected. I understand that routine maintenance cannot prevent every unexpected issue, but telling a customer that their vehicle has been checked and everything is fine creates an expectation that obvious safety concerns have actually been reviewed. Driving away with two severely worn tires, only to have one pop 20 minutes later, could have resulted in a much more serious situation. This experience has left me with very little confidence in the quality and thoroughness of the service I received. I would strongly recommend that customers independently verify their vehicle's condition rather than relying solely on the inspection performed here.
