Tyler gave me a call a few days later (on schedule), and then told me I could get it all repaired for free (no deductible!), and he'd even pick me up and drop me off when the car was in the shop. I thought that was too good to be true, but that's exactly what happened. I dropped off the car late on a Saturday night, quickly got a claim from my insurance, left for two weeks, got picked up at DIA laaaate on Sunday night, and got my car, dent-free and polished. I highly recommend Tyler and Patrick and their work here. Bonded and secured garage for the cars (with 24/7 video surveillance) and two great fellas running the joint. Set it up over the phone and the longest part of the process was my test drive. Great place to work with and really took care of me and my family. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Toned Up Towing and Recovery arrived in a reasonable time considering the location wasn't exactly on a main road, and the recovery operator assessed the situation before attaching anything. He walked around the car with me after recovery, which I appreciated. The charge was in line with what had been described during my phone call. The job was executed flawlessly, despite the potential for complications."

Spilled leftover coffee in the cup holders, puppy stains, dust everywhere - you name it. Other places wanted to charge me $175 - $225, which I think is a little bonkers. Davon quoted me $120 and he worked SO hard on my car to make sure everything was perfect for ~2-hours. :) At the time I had my service completed, his car was in the shop so I drove to his Aurora home for the detailing. He let me stay inside his air conditioned, WiFi equipped home, and his wife even offered me iced tea or other drinks while I waited, happily working on my laptop while sitting on his comfy couch. I gave him over a 20% tip because he worked so diligently - plus he has a really cute, sweet, 6-month-old pupper! *Heart Emoji Here!* At first I felt a little apprehensive, entering someone's home I've just met and asking for the WiFi password - but Davon and his wife are just so incredibly nice. Plus, I got to text my bestie who has anxiety the situation to get a rise out of her, but she just responded, "lol, girl don't get murdered" :D Ah well, maybe next time. ;-) Choose Davon! They also put some leather treatment on the interior, but that's not something you actually need a pro to do for you if you're willing to do stuff yourself, just a nice little extra they threw in for me. Unfortunately the supply of quality detailers in this town is super tight, and the reputable ones coordinate with each other to operate on a cartel model. But since I don't think the feds are going to investigate allegations of price fixing among the mile high metro auto detailers anytime soon, you take what you can get if you want your paint worked on by the top-tier professionals in this town. All commentary on local supply and demand aside, Jeff and Jared did an amazing job, and there's no buyers remorse here whatsoever. My car looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. I'm really hoping the coating will pay dividends when it comes to making maintenance easier. I can't speak to the longevity of the products, because I just got it done today, but I'll try and remember to revisit this review six months from now to update it for long-term results and if the products warrant, I'll call those out by name too. The shop is very clean, and Jeff and Jared are extremely and deliberately professional not just in their work product but in all of their customer interactions. They clearly care a tremendous amount about their business and their customers, in a long-term sense, which is comforting when you are turning over a very expensive piece of machinery to someone to mess with. If you have a nice car, and you need some appearance work done on it, you owe it to yourselves to go get a quote from these guys.
