I did not get an email confirmation, which I thought was unlike them. I called them to see if it was received and I was told they were having Internet issues with online orders. I was asked to email Connie what I ordered. I told her this was the first time I did not print it out because I was not on my regular computer, but I would send what I ordered. I emailed it, never received a response. I called again and Connie stated she had found my order and would send the proof the next morning. I never received it. I called again, left a message for Connie, they said they would tell he to contact me. She did not, so I called AGAIN. Connie told me she at 3:00ish the day before my event, we do not even have this item in stock, we can get you something together for you to pick up tomorrow. I told her no, because it will not be what I ordered and I will not be using them any more. This was the worst customer service EVER. I wanted to give no stars, but had to give something.
