The UPS store rock! You can drop off your Cox equipment, your AT&T equipment and Amazon returns. Plus you can order prints online. And you can have them pack and ship. Day 1: I actually ordered prints at a different UPS Store but came here (whoopsie). But no matter. The gentleman was so helpful I just had to give him a shout out for niceness. Took over twenty minutes in line at UPS Store to simply drop off an Amazon package even though three employees were standing around. Instructions from Amazon were to put the opened item back into its box so the item was visible to the clerk upon return so they could scan the QR code and give me credit for the drop off (I've done this several times when dropping off Amazon returns at Whole Foods, so I was familiar with the instructions.) When I finally made it to the counter and showed them my QR code with the box opened only at one side for them to verify that the item I'm returning matches the QR code as usual, I was informed by the UPS Store employees at this location that I would have to purchase their packing tape or they would not accept the return. Since I didn't have time to take the item to Whole Foods for drop off, I purchased their tape (and got a receipt for it.) The employee proceeded to use the tape to tape the box closed and I left but not before letting them know that I'd be informing Amazon. I hardly ever write a review but could not believe the horrible service. I sent an inexperienced person to do a bulk mail job for me. Instead of advising the person that they did not do bulk mail - they just sold him overpriced stamps. They charge 72 cents a stamp -- and for 750 postcards??????? WHY NOT advise people that you do not do bulk mail and to go to the post office? The manager took total advantage of this person. SHAME ON YOU. What should have been a $300 job was a $700.00 affair. Very nice people. Was a line but moved quickly. Staff is trained well and can direct you based on individual needs. I don't live near by so I won't use it often, but it's the perfect "have to drop this off" spot because it's near Walmart, urgent care, Walgreens, and New Orleans daiquiris! read more

I've shipped from this location numerous times and have always been pleased with their service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had one occurrence when I had to file a claim on a shipment and I was very pleased with the communication and handling of the transaction. Went there to ship a package as I've done many times and the employee said he couldn't find my account in the system, which was odd. So he starts asking for my 'shipping from' address while a guy just standing around is right there, about three feet from me, and looking at me (later learned he was waiting on a fax to come through). I don't care to announce my home address in front of a stranger! I asked if they had a slip that I could fill out (which had been the norm) and he says no and keeps asking for my address while they're both looking at me, waiting for me to answer. This review is specifically for Highland Park manager and owner. Worst customer service experience ever. My package was lost in transit and UPS Corporate refunded the shipping charge only. They said the box and packaging charge of $41.89 was the charge of the Ups store and corporate could not refund that amount. I contacted the Highland Park store for the rest of my refund and after several calls was told that they would not refund my money because the box and packaging had not been damaged! This coming from a store that took my money and then lost my package and never returned it to me. After spending multiple hours on the phone with corporate and with the Highland Store I am giving up on getting my refund. I can't tell you how frustrated I am with my experience. I would never recommend this store to anyone. The staff treated me with thoughtfulness and professionalism. It's the owner and manager who denied to pay me the money they owe me. Last week I was in need of some prints. I wasn't sure where to go but I am SO glad I came here. It was a large order so I was apprehensive about the price point, but the wonderful manager was so willing to help me out and gave me a fair deal. She had long brown hair and I think her name was Natalie. I would more than recommend this particular store to bring your business because of their friendly employees and solid business. For God's sake, don't use this place if receiving mail is a top priority for your business, because it's not for them. This store is constantly closed on days that aren't even holidays. I have had multiple encounters with them in which important packages were not able to be delivered because this store owner chose to be closed on days were regular mail service runs (days before and after thanksgiving, mardi gras, easter, etc). When we asked the owner why this was the case, the lady on the phone told me that "owner sets his own schedule". That's great, I guess he's not concerned about the business needs of his customers. read more
