I didn't discover this location until recently, but they have always been there when I needed them. The parking lot is small, so you may have to fight for a spot depending on the busyness of the other establishments. Shipping packages? They can take care of that for you, too! So, remember: print jobs large and small, easy or complex, come here to professional service and high-quality products. Trouble finding them? They are in a small plaza next to the Chick-Fil-A on Siegen Lane.

I shipped a huge brown box with car parts (estimated worth value $4,000) package out on June 27. I paid extra for the packaging services at this store. Receiver was scheduled to receive packer on July 14. Receiver contacted me that it was never received. Came to the store, the white young lady that's supposedly the manager explained to me that there is nothing they can do, but you can take it up with Ups main office. The only thing they can tell me that it was shipped out (the day I brought the package and it's tracking number). We'll I had both those informations already, but how is it that y'all can pack it up, ship it out, but can't do anything about it? This is not a reliable store/service after all. Tried taking it up with UPS main office about the claim. I've spoke with estimated 23 ups reps, seems like no one wants to resolve this case, I keep getting transferred to the next person and next person since July, but still no resolution. I had met with Print & Copy's owner and liked his manner. He impressed me as knowledgeable and very confident in his staff. I was up against a deadline and emailed him two files way past what a reasonable deadline would be. When I stopped by the next day to check progress, I discovered I had sent the files to the wrong address! I quickly resent them and one was incorrectly formatted. My hair was on fire, but they didn't break a sweat. Scott reformatted them, did a beautiful job and had the push cards ready within hours. So now we have a new printer! Thanks Scott and crew for our beautiful push cards. They were a big hit with our sales people and the folks at the trade show!

The price for my job was very competitive and Scott, the owner, gave me great advice when I asked for it, while creating my 50th Anniversary Class Reunion book. He went the extra mile to make my project look so good. I've had so many compliments on my book, though I know Scott deserves some of the credit for making it look so professional. I imagine my job was very small compared to some of the jobs he does, but he made me feel as though I was an important customer. He's a great businessman and a very good person.

Both Fed Ex shops in town told me there was no way I could get all that material ready in time; but the challenge did not even phase Peter. He printed over 1500 pages for me, bound them and labelled them according to my particular and specific instructions, and delivered it on time to my client. As expected, the line was at the door and the store was packed with people. While I was in line, I had an employee ask what services I needed to make sure I was standing in the correct line, which I appreciate. Apparently, if you have an Amazon return, that is a different process in a different line in the store. When I got up to the counter, the employee was very nice and helpful. My service was quick and pleasant, and my friend got her package before the intended arrival date. Very happy with the price and customer service of this UPS store.

As I decided upon which box service I was going to get, the owner--an older White man--took it upon himself to let me know how he could change his rules (such as the 24 hour access), minimum term of service (6 mo compared to 3 mo) and the prices whenever and however he wanted to. I suggested to him that that would be a bad idea if he picked and choose who and how he did that to; he let me know that it would be best I went somewhere else. I GLADLY took my business somewhere else--though I didn't need him to tell me that. I ordered a wedding invitation suite from American Printing, and the issues started immediately…read more They quoted (and charged) me for Carlson Craft thermography printed Save The Dates. When my Save the Dates arrived, they were covered in ink smears, and the ink color varied from light gray to black. When I brought them back to American Printing, they inadvertently told me that they were doing the invitations in-house, not having them printed by Carlson Craft (like I paid for). They lied to me about the product I was purchasing and did a terrible job on the invitations. I feel that they were intentionally deceptive to make more money on my Save The Dates. Then we moved on to the invitation suite. I would receive proofs, provide my comments, and American Printing would send me a "new" proof that did not address my comments. They neglected to address the comments I made on my invitations constantly. I started to realize that they were sending me the same proofs over and over, completely wasting my time. I eventually went in person to discuss each comment, one by one, to make sure it was clear. Comments STILL not addressed. At the very end, I had ONE comment on a proof, and American Printing sent me the "new" proof without the change I requested. It ultimately took me 2 months and 8 revisions to get the invitations ordered. Mind you, these comments were things like "the date is incorrect" or "the invitation is horizontal, but we discussed a vertical invitation." Very simple things to change. I did not redo the invitation during this process, I just requested that my information be correct. You will not get the customer service you expect working with a small, local company if you hire American Printing.
