After discussing exactly what I needed for my template and provided the exact template I needed duplicated the end result and template was completely wrong. None of the measurements were correct. She sounded surprised like what I was telling her was something she heard for the first time. You are in a business driven by measurements and should have an understanding that dimensions matter, Not in this case. Was also quoted a price for a ACM material, I come back in to purchase and the price is completely different. The same people where there yet just don't remember. Not spending any money here with people who clearly don't care about what the customer truly needs. read more

HORRIBLE! i have done business with this location for year under Tylers management with absolutely no incident even though this location is the furthest from me. every since there has been new ownership even getting something as simple as a sample produced has been a 2-3 week nightmare not to include the previous months they didnt even bother following up after i expressed initial interest. when i tell you i typically have all the patience in the world and would rather work with small businesses (franchises) over larger corps i mean that and this time was no different. mistakes happen but how you recover from them and manage the relationship going forward is what makes the difference. there was no attempt to earn my business. no apology extended for the oversight and then i had to beg and threaten to dispute with my bank for a REFUND after THEIR MISTAKE. the lies the lack of accountability the back and forth all is just a waste of time. moving forward they wont get my dime or my time. dont throw yours away either! read more

3rd time that this location has created a sign for my Business. Great Job thanks to Tyler for guiding me through the whole process, Great communication, fast service, friendly and professional. Tyler was my main point of contact you earned the 5 stars. The team at this location did a great job in taking my ideas and transforming that into a Masterpiece. Obviously there are a lot of team members behind the scene who worked on my project and helped create it, thanks to all of you. Karen was also very helpful. Highly recommend. My 1st sign was created back in 2016, when I returned in 2019 to place my 2nd order I was positively surprised to see that they were using a duplicate of my 1st order from 3 years ago as an "example" on their display table for new customers to look at, that was Awesome. read more

I just got back from trading in my car and lost a bunch of money because the magnet signs I bought from Fast Signs melted onto my car and caused paint damage...which translated into a much lower trade-in value on the car. The signs advertise my business and are the second of 3 sets that I've used on the car. The first set I had (from Signarama) came off my car easily, like a magnet is supposed to do, even though they were on my car longer than this set. The 3rd set (from Austin Graphics) were less than HALF the price of the ones from Fast Signs and although they didn't look as purty as the ones from Fast Signs, they did not ruin the paint on my damn car. I don't know what Fast Signs is using to produce the magnet signs, but they were so stuck to my car they came off in pieces and the dealership will have to repaint the car. I also purchased vinyl lettering for my back windshield from Fast Signs and was not happy with the way they installed it. The lettering was not really level...it looked like I'd installed it myself and I expected better from them since this is what they do every day. If you are purchasing graphics for your car, my advice is to run away from Fast Signs. Go to Signarama or Austin Graphics and protect your car from this kind of mishap! read more

First off, the guy at the front desk was rude. When I asked if they make copies he replied, "We don't make copies, we make signs." Well no sh*t, Sherlock. Second, the inside of the store stinks, literally. I held my breath as I walked out the door. read more

I use Fast Signs for a major vinyl printing project we do annually. Lewis and Karen are top notch professionals. Key selling point for me is their quick turn around without sacrificing quality. I always feel like our projects are top priority and I judge they treat everyone this way. Couldn't recommend this Fast Signs location more highly read more

NO COMPLAINTS FOR ROUTINE SIGN JOBS A few times a year we have Fast Signs make us some polystyrene posters. Never had a problem with quality of work or turn-around time. Pretty consistent. I can't say I've shopped around to compare prices recently so they at minimum merit an A-OK from me. read more

They did the impossible. Jolene (I think that was her name) was a delight & so understanding. We had an emergency situation where we needed a sign to pass an inspection. She was able to fast track it & have it to us within hours. They were amazing. I highly recommend. Thank you again read more

Fantastic service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! Thank you Tyler and Karen!

Fast turnaround. They even helped edit the design to get as much area covered in the sign.

FastSigns Ben White has been a great resource for my company. They are quick and precise in their work and always willing to assist me in improving my projects. I really appreciate how detailed they are in confirming the order and ensuring the images aren't too pixelated or print in odd colors. I also love that they can invoice accounts so I can quickly get in and out with an order pickup too! Thank you Luis and Karen! read more

Their promptness was superb & also the same person I was emailing with back and forth was the same person I spoke to on the phone and in person-making my experience pretty seamless. Great response times and very customer oriented! They did everything that we asked for and even actually reminded me that our order was ready at the exact time they said it would be ready. The price was fair as well-I'll be using them again for more work :) read more

Always a wonderful experience. We order banners for UT tailgates and work sites; as well as decals for our work trucks. They are always quick to respond and efficient. We also order brushed aluminum plaques for our Yeti's that we use for employee Christmas gifts. It's so awesome to just shoot them an email and wait for them to let me know when to pick up our items! read more

They did everything they said and did it quickly. Good prices and quality signs. I had some corrugated and metal signs made and the print was crisp and materials were great. read more

I ordered two different types of signs from Fast Signs for my work and they did a great job with both. The first sign was an outdoor sign and Fast Signs was very careful to match the color even though we ran into CMYK vs. Pantone color issues. The second type of sign was vinyl lettering for a glass door. Fast Signs didn't think to mention that grey letters probably wouldn't show up very well on glass when we placed the order but when we wanted to re-do the lettering in white they re-printed the letters and installed it for free! Luis, the sign installer, is very friendly and had the install done in minutes! They're a little hard to reach by email, and aren't the best at giving you updates on your orders but I would use Fast Signs again. read more

Fantastic service! Very fast, personable and professional. I worked with them for signs at The Domain and I'd work with them again in a heartbeat. read more

I have used them several times and have always gotten great friendly help along with a very professional job. But this last time, it was even better. I called with a last minute special order that I literally needed overnight. They were very helpful in making that happen. They even had a couple of people stay late to make sure that could have my order. read more

Took to long, bad design/layout, and finally gave up when they came back asking for the order when our logo was wrong. Fast Signs is an "approved" vendor for our company however, I would not use this location. read more
