In fact, after we paid and the transaction was done, they noticed a small item that was billed twice (about $50), called me, told me and said they were sending me a check. That kind of integrity is SO rare.

There is no pressure to replace or buy anything. John goes over all your options and explains everything in detail. He'll hand you a booklet with a wide array of colors and shingle types if you decide to replace your roof. He'll also show you the vent types they will install. The builder on Helms Mill Road cut a lot of corners, so we opted to replace. John was able to show us houses he did, so you can see the different shingle types and colors. The owners I checked all recommended Roff and were very happy with the work The Roff team showed up at 7:30 and went right to work. Each employee knows their responsibilities and gets to it. They are an efficient, professional and respectful team. They moved and covered the furniture on my deck, treating my property like it was their own. They tear the roof down to the plywood. Your roof is then sealed, wrapped and shingled. They upgraded the ugly white PVC and cheaper venting with higher end products that match the color of your shingles. The roof looks beautiful. They did a great job. They cleaned up everything. I saw them walking behind our vinyl fence to make sure there was no roof paper left behind on my neighbor's property. They make sure your property looks exactly like it did before they showed up. They did the entire job in a single day. They do more than just roofs. We're also using them for additional home improvement work. Again, John will show you a lot of impressive work they've done from decks to kitchens. It's a family run business that does not cut corners. I highly recommend them and am glad we used them

I called Roff to get them to come take a look and to hire to fix it. It took several calls, missed appts, and reschedules to get John to come to even take a look, he said he would return with some guys to work on it. Since then, I have been completely ghosted by them. I remembered this company as it advertised in our local West Milford newspaper. I called him about 11 a.m., and he was there with 2 employees within an hour. Again, it was a Saturday in February! A 4' X 4' section of the roof was replaced within 2 hours. He gave me an estimate for the replacement of the entire roof and said it did not have to be done immediately - that was a relief, and his honesty struck me. The roof lasted another 5+ years and never leaked. When it was due to be replaced, I called back. As I live on a major road, his response was that he had been watching the roof for years and concurred it was time to replace it. I knew the previous estimate was obviously no longer valid as it was 5 years old. I requested a new estimate and was shocked to see that he didn't want to simply go over the roof with a new layer but recommended the removal of the old roof - at substantially more effort. I trusted this man so much that I never even sought another estimate. The job was performed by his employees - 3 men and a woman! The work and clean-up were meticulous. The roof is now 10+ years old and has never given me a problem. He promised an annual roof & gutter cleaning and said it would be unannounced. He would just show up and do it. I was shocked to say the least. True to his word, every year - and sometimes twice a year! - Rudy shows up and cleans my roof and gutters. He never charges, but I always tip his employee. It's money well spent. Two months ago, one of my two 37-year-old skylights began to leak - not at the roofline, but the seals on the skylight themselves where the glass meets the plastic/metal trim. I called Brodie and he advised I was fortunate as skylights generally last about 25 years and he recommends replacement then as preventative maintenance. I guess I was fortunate to have gotten 37 years, and the leak didn't cause any major damage. The sheetrock just had to be replaced. He replaced both skylights and, as with the roof, I've had no issues whatsoever. He even recommended another contractor to replace the interior trim which was done meticulously. I've recommended Brodie's Roofing to many friends, and they have all had similar experiences. I wouldn't use nor recommend anyone else!

Ed Saccomanno, Owner of Living Water Home Improvement, did, in fact, return to our home to address two (short) lengths of vinyl siding that had come loose over the past several years. We had some difficulty having this done earlier due to scheduling issues. Ed, as indicated earlier, is a man of his word, and, using his 30 foot ladder, snapped into place, two short lengths of siding that had become detached from the adjacent lengths. These two pieces of siding are located just beneath the roof line of our home on either side, much too high for me as the home owner, to safely address. Again, Living Water Home Improvement furnished and installed all new vinyl siding on our home including, cladding, where needed, shutters, vents, architectural details, gutters and downspouts. Ed worked closely with us when we were given the opportunity to choose siding and trim details including various styles, finishes, and colors. Although our project was completed several years ago, Ed and Living Water are highly recommended should your home require his services.

For the most part, the crew cleaned up but left a few debris on my lawn. When I called Alberto about it, he quickly had an employee from his crew at our home the next day to clean it up.
